Background
Character History
Affilion real name is Mark but he never like that name. It was too common for such extraordinary person like him. He
was raised as orphan in Westgate. Because he was half elf, half human he never really belonged to any of those races,
never counting on others. One day when he was well over sixteen he have stolen wizard book. In the book he found
ritual that was supposed to conjure powerful demon. As he always considered him more capable thane he really was so
he started preparations. It took him over half a year to steal all required components but finally he was ready. After
hour long ritual gates to hell opened and Cambion was standing in front of him. Cambion looked at warding glyph and
said "You did shitty job kid, this will not stop me". Affilion looked at him and said "If I knew that something like you
will answer my call I will not bother with glyphs at all". This boldness raised Cambion curiosity, who decided that
Affilion may be useful tool in the future. Since then Cambion Azerriel stroke deal with Affilion and started to grant him
powers. Not surprisingly one of the deals didn't went as planned. Affilion wanted to became so powerful as Cambion,
and said "I want to be more like you". Surprisingly for him Cambion turned his physical appearance and made him look
like tiefling without bestowing any powers on him. After that Affilion was summoning Azerriel rarely as he never
trusted him, in fact he didn't trusted anyone. After few years he became quite (in)famous in Westgate and his life
became stable and wealthy. All that changed when he summoned Azerriel one day and he answered the call together
with some human man. Cambion told Affilion that his pact was traded with this Stranger and he is no longer bonded
with fiend. Young tiefling was furious insulting Stranger and telling him to go to hell, that his contract is not forcing
him to do anything. Stranger calmly told him "Name your price young one. In return I want you to perform three
tasks for me". Affiliond boldly responded "I want legendary artefact, Tome of Leadership and Influence, and your tasks
cannot involve killing innocents". "Deal" said Stranger and conjured legendary book. Affilion was overwhelmed with joy
and excited, but only until he opened the book. All pages were blurry, unreadable. "What the fuck is that!" he shouted.
"Your prize" said Stranger "it works once a century and you never said that it must be ready to be used. The Pact is in
effect. Pact your stuff. Your first task is to reach Chavyondat and find man called Mithsubishi and help him" and he
disappeared leaving furious young warlock.
