11.Application has to be made only by the submission (in the prescribed format) of a fully
completed and signed official application (name in block capitals) along with a
passport size photograph of applicant(s), and a Business Plan.
12.Any additional information requested by the Department must be provided by
applicants within a prescribed timeframe.
13.The decision of the Judging Panel is final. No discussion or correspondence will be
entered into.
14.All the applications will be held in confidential. It is, however, the responsibility of the
applicant to take appropriate steps to protect any intellectual property rights.
15.The Department shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience
suffered by any applicant as a result of these terms and conditions or entering the
business.
16.The Department does not accept responsibility for (a) lost, late or undelivered entries
or (b) any technical or access issues, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might
hinder entry to the business, or (c) any event which may cause the business to be
disrupted or corrupted.
17.The Department reserves the right to change the criteria and/or format of the
application with prior notice.
18.The applicant will indemnify the Department against any claims, costs, demands,
expenses and all litigation pursued by applicant related to the allocation of space.

Overview:
IT INCUBATION CENTRE is an initiative of Dept. of Information Technology,
Government of Bihar. We are delighted to offer this opportunity for a new business
in Bihar. It is targeted at new IT start-ups with an innovative idea that has export
potential and will create sustainable employment in the state of Bihar.
The primary aim of the incubation is to encourage individuals with an
entrepreneurial spirit to consider self-employment as a real option. There are many

Screening Structure
The Judging Panel will shortlist the applicants who meet the criteria as set down in
the Application Form and Terms of Conditions. These applicants must be available
for interview and presentation of their Business Proposal to the Judging Panel. The
last date to submit the completed form is 25-July-2015. Department of IT will not be
responsible for any postal delay.
Shortlisted IT proposals will be selected during this process.

The allotment shall be rent free for a period of 3 years as per IT Policy of Bihar
2011. Rent shall be payable on market rate after the completion of 3 years. The
short term lease shall not be extended beyond a total period of 5 years. Cost of
Electricity and Bandwidth shall be payable on actual basis.

1. Summary
a. Briefly describe your business idea. Who is the customer (type)? What is their need or problem
(their job to be done)? What is your offering? How will it solve the customers problem?

Our Brief Introduction (Our Team, work and Experience): We here at Green Dream Earth
represents a team of youth students who are still 23 or younger. We get involved and started doing
social work, almost 2(two) years back and we got registered as Society 1 years back. Within
this short span of time we have worked with more than 10,000 students, 5 schools, 2 colleges and
with various public and private sectors.
Right today every youth student aspires to be the change maker of the society and have plenty of
innovative Ideas to revolutionize the era of social development by individual and group
contribution But these youths are facing some critical problems, some problems which need
innovative thinking to be solved, some problems that are typical to be solved by any individual
person.
Brief Business Idea: We are building one stop portal for youths to achieve their dreams of making
positive impact in society and for entrepreneurs to show their achievements and products.
Customer Problem: From our almost 2 years of social work with students and being a youth
organization we have identified three basic problems i) Financial (ii) Family and (iii) friends or
society support that the todays youth students are facing when they try to move out for any social
work. We are not only focusing of earning from youths but also from Entrepreneurs who are

Our Customer: With aim to solve these most critical problems of Indian youths (constitutes more
than 70% of total population), we are launching world2compete.com to help youth who are still
students to take part in social care activities and contribute in the social development of Bihar and
India.
Our Offering: World2compete.com will be a one stop portal for youth students to submit
proposals for organizing any event or launch any campaign, get, mentoring, resources, funding
and other helps from our organization to execute their proposals. The millions of aspiring youth
students who want change in our society will be able to take advantage of this unique social care
platform.

proposals of their interest and we are very eager to bring our youth students and our economic

At present the youths from all over the nation are forced to suppress their desire of
Impacting social Change as very few alternatives are available and those alternatives
also works with them occasionally.
Enterprises are in constant search of online youth platforms for advertisements and
branding. The alternatives available are mostly not youth centered as well as are not
economical.

customers and these alternatives are also not economical so to get stable and reliable

Initiative and have Participated and won different educational, technical, Social and
Business competitions at National, International and College levels.

Team members Mr Amar Kumar and Mr Vinay kumar are very daring and helping in
Nature, They keep good relationship with everyone and want to utilize their great
circle in this new venture. Mr Chandan Kumar possess good communication, typing
and brings the finance managerial skill in our team. We have few More Engineering
