Subject: Huminski v Town of Bennington Vermont et al (03-7036) - Kozinski Fraud by then Circuit
Judge Sotomayor on Huminski, and alleged fraud by then Circuit Judge Sotomayor in her statement to
US Congress as part of her confirmation hearings.

Sotomayor did not ignore the threat, instead, she issued a fraudulent order, purporting to deny your appeal - a typical
Kozinski Fraud. [1] [2]

Such order was never signed, and the US Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit, is denying access to the NEF on such
order. [3] Absent the signature and a valid NEF, the paper bearing the purported order was not a valid court order at all,
and required no "full faith and credit" pursuant to The U.S.Constitution, Art. IV I. However, through the issuance of such
Kozinski Fraud paper, Justice Sonia Sotomayor engaged in various alleged deprivations of rights under the color of law.
The significance of your case is far beyond what you may realize, since Sotomayor listed your decision in her responses to
U.S. Congress in her confirmation hearings. [4] Therefore, a United States Justice committed alleged fraud on United
States Congress in her confirmation hearings...

Unfortunately I was recently distracted a bit, and could not complete the exploration of how many such Kozinski Fraud
orders were listed by then Circuit Judge Sotomayor in her statement to Congress.
What else would you expect from such corrupt justice system?

case of critical speech the victim of the "CRIME" is the government itself. They'll come down harder on a critic,

When Sotomayor ignored this threat, it finalized for me the position of speech critical of the government, it is
dangerous and can be criminal. Sotomayor was required to report the above threat under attorney and judicial
ethical cannons. -- scott
