On behalf of NAADC-2016, ACT IIT Kharagpur and TechBharat Consulting as the host of this championship, it gives us
great pleasure to introduce NAADC-2016, A national Android App Development Championship in April 2016. This
event is sponsored & funded by Indias Leading IT Education Company, TechBharat Consulting. NAADC-2016 will
bring students from all over the country together to participate in the celebration of knowledge and creative extravagance
along with experts from the fields of academic as well as industry. It hosts various challenging events based on Android
App Development, general awareness and many more.
With technological innovation scaling new heights, NAADC-2016 promises to keep a tab on the advancements and
stay in sync with the mood of the times. With the introduction of several new events, and old ones remodeled,
NAADC-2016 is all set to create a new benchmark. This year we are organizing NAADC-2016 a National Android
App Development Workshop- Cum-Championship in association with our social initiative partner. We are organizing
Zonal Rounds of NAADC-2016 in total 50 Colleges all across India. We are looking to make your esteemed college a
Zonal Center this event.

Event Details
NAADC-2016 is Indias Biggest Android App Development Championship and a workshop series jointly being
organized by ACT IIT-Kharagpur and TechBharat Consulting. All the preliminary rounds will be held at various esteemed Engineering institutes across India in present academic year and the grand finale will be organized at IIT
Kharagpur under the banner of NAADC-2016 (National Android App Development Championship) in April 2016.

This is a 3 Stage Event as detailed below:

Stage 1 (Workshop Round to be held at Zonal Centers)
A two days hands-on Android App Development workshop will be held at only 100 selected Zonal Centres all
across India. The details of the Zonal centers and Workshop contents will be available on website for a great
promotion of the Institute as a Zonal Center.
All the participants who want to participate in NAADC-2016 are required to attend the workshops at any zonal
centre and participate in the competition after the workshop.
The Duration of the Android App Development workshop will be of 2 Days (7-8 hr each day).
The workshop will be delivered by Certified Professionals.

Stage 2 (Zonal Round to be held at zonal Centers)

Just after the workshop a competition of NAADC-2016 on the basis of two day workshop will be held.
Winners will be awarded Certificate of Merit, and will be eligible to participate in the final Round which will be
held in the month of April 2016 at IIT Kharagpur.
Winners will receive NAADC-2016 Goodies.

Stage 3 (Final Round to be held at IIT Kharagpur)

Winners of all 100 Zonal Centres will be competing in NAADC-2016 in April 2016 at IIT Kharagpur.
Winner of this Final Round will win The Indias Biggest Android App Development Championship title and will
be awarded and honoured by ACT-IIT Kharagpur.
A certificate of excellence will also be awarded to the winner from ACT-IIT Kharagpur.
Prizes worth Rupees 1,00,000 which will include Laptops, Tab will be given to the winner as well as runner ups.

Event Guidelines
We expect your association to make NAADC-2016 a grand success in your esteemed college.
Date of zonal round can be finalized by Telephonic/E-Mail conversation with Coordinators of NAADC-2016.
The entire event will be conducted at college campus which would ultimately benefit the college students as act
as publicity event for college.
Each student participating in the workshop will get a participation certificate which would have ACT-IIT
Kharagpur Logo.

Eligibility Criteria:
All engineering, BCA, MCA, PhD students who have zeal to work in Recession Free Field like Android Applications
Development.

Best time to plan NAADC-2016 zonal event

1. Any two days between Jan 2015 to March 2016 in your esteemed organization.
2. Grand finale will be held at IIT Kharagpur in April 2016.
3. NAADC-2016 zonal events can also be accommodated in any technical symposium or any technical festival. This will
give huge national level publicity and sponsorship for the symposium, as we will have our centers across India.

Publicity:
1. Specially designed workshop posters (will be provided by us) to be dispatched to engineering colleges across the state
along with the festival posters and to be put up in the campus.
2. Four specially appointed coordinators (Student and Faculty) having the knowledge of the subject, to promote, publicize,
handle local student queries etc. for our workshop to be conducted at the college.
3. Support to our team to interact with college students to provide them proper awareness regarding the workshop subject
and to increase the participation.

Workshop Payment:
The amount shall be paid as under :Agreed Amount to be handed over to TechBharat Consulting team on the first day of the workshop.
Mode of Payment can be Cheque/ Demand Draft/Cash.
Proper Invoice will be provided by TechBharat Consulting.
Agreed Sponsorship Amount to be handed over to the College on the first day of the workshop.

Workshop Requirements:
We want following things to be provided to us from college :-

Technical Infrastructure Facilities

1. A Seminar hall/ Auditorium having an enough capacity to accommodate 200 participants
comfortably.
2. A Projector setup with stereo jack cord and audio public address system with sufficient number of screens in
order to maintain good visibility in seminar hall.
3. An internet connectivity(WiFi Router) for the resource person(Without proxy if possible)
4. Two Wireless Microphones (Collar Mic. Preferred for speaker)
5. One laptop will be required per team from participants with little knowledge on programming languages.

Registration charges:
1. Registration Charges Rs. 1190 per participant inclusive of all taxes.
2. The fee includes workshop training, certification, and Event registration and Software kit for the participants.
