1. A) Topic wise Analysis of Reasoning Section: Bringing no surprises for the candidates, General
Intelligence & Reasoning section remained in easy to moderate zone, in line with its difficulty level in last
two years. Candidates with clear concepts and proper time management could qualify in this section at
ease.

1. B) Topic wise Analysis of English Section: English was easy according to most of the people but people
with Hindi/vernacular medium found it difficult. The pattern was same as asked in previous SSC Exams.
This section came as a relief as the level of questions were easy and the candidates were easily able to
solve them.

1. C) Topic wise Analysis of Numerical Ability: Most of the questions in this section were solvable but the
problem lies with calculations. Calculations were time consuming esp. of DI section. Other questions on
number series, algebra, time-Distance was less time consuming. Overall difficulty level was high because
of time consuming calculations.This section had questions which were calculation intensive and time
consuming therefore; required lot of practice from the candidates end.

1. D) Topic wise Analysis of General Awareness: The questions deal with issues related to the nation, its
policies, its achievements, its socio-political and economic structure and many more. The questions can
also be asked regarding our countrys immediate relationships with the neighbouring countries, the bilateral trades, the foreign policy and international standpoint of the nation of certain issues of national and
international importance.
There were questions from history, Geography, Economy, Culture, Politics, Sports and Law. Anything that creates
news or is capable of creating ripples can find its place in the question papers. The current happenings and
events on the national platform are important aspects to know about by the candidates. There should be a clear
understanding of the political and economic motifs behind any issue pertaining to national security or threat.
Specific achievements, Awards and honours, Cultural activities, films and entertainment could also find its place
in the question paper of General Awareness. It is a diverse paper where anything that makes news could get
importance. There are questions from scientific researches, physics, chemistry, biology, botany and various other
parts of science that also make questions in the paper.
