A. JOB PURPOSE/CORE FUNCTIONS

Preparing project activity details with Material specifications for inviting Quotations/ Tenders
for the Project Activities. Short listing the received quotations and holding discussions with
Suppliers/Contractors for Purchase /Job Order Finalization and preparation of Projects
Budget
Keeping a close vigil on the Project activities with quality of materials, equipment and
workmanship as well as on time completion as per Order Specification and Project Schedule
Be one point contact for all issues related to project, thus reducing the number of
communication channels for the Project Manager.
To ensure that Project is delivered within approved budget.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Plan Project System for proper Implementation and Execution of Project activities
which will ensure on time completion as per Plan.
Task assignment based on competencies of the team members.
Ensure Safety standards at all times.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications,
safety and sanitation standards.
Ensure that there is no overrun on the Project Cost and timelines.
Create teams based on competencies and skills
Interface with Site Contractors and External Consultants, if any
Prepare and present reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements,
and property and right-of-way descriptions.
Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identifyengineering problems
and assess the potential impact of projects.
C. REQUIREMENTS
Must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
A Masters in Business Administration also, would be preferable
Must have a Fluent command of the English Language and communication Skills.
Experience in managing projects of a similar nature (Polyester / PET CP / SSP Latter
preferable)
Ability to work with MS Project and Autocad

A) QUALIFICATIONS
1. BE in Mech/Electrical Engineering.
2. Any Project Management Course (Preferable)

B) RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
1. At least 15 years experience in Project Management in FMCG industry.
