Behavioural Therapy (Behavior Therapy)

This behavior theory is a psychological theory then adopted as a theory of counseling.

This approach uses the principles of learning in the behavioural disorder


solutions.

training, social skills training, assertion, self managements programs,
behavioral rehearsal, ....

The questions focus on WHAT, HOW, WHEN rather than WHY.

The Goal of Therapy


To delete the inappropriate behavior and learned behavior more effectively.

believes humans with problems and negative nature because he thought another
