He desarrollado la capacidad para seguir normas de calidad yendo mas all de

los estndares apoyando la campaa en todos los aspectos. Aportando la

experiencia que los aos he adquirido trabajando con mis compaeros para
ofrecer soluciones efectivas para satisfacer a los clientes. Tengo por conviccin
ser proactivo en no solo hacer lo que se me requiere, sino en el momento que
veo una rea de oportunidad, hago la observacin a mi supervisor como
sugerencia de una mejora. Tengo capacidad de anlisis para desarrollar
mejores practicas que nos apoyen a alcanzar los metas.
Me considero una persona profesional que toma el compromiso todos los dias,
en todo lo que hago, una persona que cumple en asistencia y puntualidad, soy
una persona que esta disponible para afrontar retos. Tengo experiencia en
admistracion de redes, mantenimiento y reparacion de equipo, se diagnosticar
fallas de hardware y software, configuracion e instalacion de todo tipo de
perifericos , como impresora, disco duros, ademas experiencia en manejo de
respaldos , configuracion de privilegios para usuarios, configuracion e
instalacion de redes alambricas e inhalambricas,

La oportunidad de seguirme desarrollando dentro de la empresa, motivado,

preparado, creyendo que en el lugar correcto como esta empresa; listo para
dar lo mejor. Creo que tengo los conocimientos necesarios para la mejora de la
empresa compartiendolos con mis compaeros, asi mismo, adquirir nuevos
conocimientos para implementarlos y mejorar la calidad del servicio que

Tengo ya mas de 2 aos dentro de la empresa siendo una agente responsable,

comprometido, siempre buscando ser competitivo, ocupando los primero lugar
por mejor desempeo, tratando de seguir todos los lineamiento ya
establecidos. Siendo respetuoso, considerado, apoyando, valorando y sirviendo
a mis compaeros. Me gusta establecerme, mantenerme y crecer en donde yo
tengo la oportunidad. Desde el primer momento que he estado en Sutherland
he superado toda clase de retos, desde los cambios en la cuestiones de
calidad, el cambio de requerimientos por parte de nuestros clientes, cuando he
recibido retroalimentacion de cosas que debo de cambiar para ser mejor.
Cuando he tenido algun tropiezo en alcanzar las metricas , me he levantado,
no me he frustado con las situaciones sino he seguido adelante, Cuando se me
ha dado o soliciatado tiempo extra he cumplido ahora en la nueva campaa de
Hybrid desarrollandome en el area de venta he tomado el reto y lo he
alcanzado, por esto creo que puedo dar mas siempre

standards supporting the campaign in all aspects. Providing the experience the
years I have gained working with my colleagues to offer effective solutions to

I consider myself a professional person who takes commitment every day, in

person that is available to meet challenges. I have experience in network
administration, maintenance and repair of equipment, will diagnose failures of
hardware and software, assembling computers, configuration and installation of
all types of peripherals, such as a printer, hard disk, plus experience in
management of backups, configuration of privileges for users, configuration
and installation of wired and wireless networks.
The opportunity to come after me being developed within the company,

give the best. I think I have the necessary knowledge for the improvement of
the company sharing with my colleagues, and same, acquire new knowledge to

Since the first time that I've been in Sutherland I have overcome all kinds of challenges,
ranging from changes in the issues of quality, the change of requirements on the part of our
clients, when I have received feedback from things I have to change to be better. When i've had
some setbacks in achieving metrics , I am on my feet, I was not frustrated with the situations
but i have continued to push forward, when i have been given or requested extra time i have
done now in the new campaign of Hybrid taught lay inside in the area of sales i have taken the
challenge and what I have achieved, by this i think i can give more always
