IMPORTANT NOTE : Interviews for Computer Sc & Engg. , Information technology ,

Electronics, Biotechnology , Biology ( and related subjects ) & Management will be
held as follows:
Delhi

ONLY on 24th & 25th July ,2015

Chennai ONLY on 29th July,2015

Coimbatore ONLY on 1st August
Hyderabad- ONLY on 7th & 8th August ,2015

However candidates for all other subjects can attend the interviews on any of the
dates as per their convenience.
IMPORTANT : Candidates attending the interviews should bring the attached form , two copies of

resume

(affix passport size photo and mention Subject / Specialization, email id, mobile number in your
resume without fail ), original and /or copies of qualification and experience certificates, list of publications
in academic journals (newspaper publications not required) Original passport, and proof of current
designation . If original passport is not available please bring your original photo identity. It is mandatory to
have your recent passport size photograph and original photo identity to attend the interview.

Note: There is no fee levied for attending the interview. We wish to inform you that if you are selected and
accept the offer made by the University delegates then a service fee will be charged and this amount will have
to be paid before leaving to Ethiopia, i.e , when we get your tickets and visa.

IMPORTANT : You will have to get your Highest Qualica on Cer cates authen cated by concerned state
government (Secretariat) or Ministry of HRD/External aairs, New Delhi before you travel to Ethiopia. This is
mandatory and has to be done prior your travel to Ethiopia. However, if you are unable to get this authen ca on
done prior to your travel to Ethiopia then you will have to ensure that the authen cated Highest qualica on
original cer cate is produced to your Ethiopian University within three months of your joining duty. If this is not
done then the University has the right to terminate your contract and you will not be able to join/work in
Ethiopian university .

NOTE:
1. If you are currently working in Ethiopia then please complete your present contract.

2 If you have worked in Ethiopia and if you wish to reapply for other Universi es in Ethiopia, then you MUST have a
clearance le2er / No Objec on cer cate from the University worked ,without fail , which must be brought at the
me of interview .There must also be an exit stamp in your passport .
3.Please DO NOT resign from your current job un l you receive an Appointment le2er issued by the Ethiopian
University ,

Experience :.Candidates should have minimum of two years of teaching experience after completion of
post graduation, in reputed College/University at Graduate / Post- Graduate Level .For further details refer
current vacancies page.

IMPORTANT : Graduation and Post-Graduation should be in the same subject

Age : Below 65 years for All categories.

NOTE: (for All categories )

1 Research scholars with minimum 3 years of experience in research can also apply provided they have
the minimum qualification .

2 Candidates with teaching / research and industrial experience are also eligible to apply
