Manage all HR training and development for the facility of over 500 employees including contractors and temporary
staff.
Employee retention, development and coaching for the entire facility to improve upon leadership skills that
impact team performance.
Train employees in leadership positions on HR related policies and programs such as performance reviews,
discipline procedures, attendance procedures, safety procedures, etc.
Train new employees in leadership positions on company philosophy and leadership expectations.
Coordinate new employee orientation process: schedule orientations when necessary, schedule presenters for
orientation.
Develop training evaluation methods to ensure continuous improvement.
Work with leadership team to determine future training and development needs to stay competitive in our
industry and compliant with regulations, then bridge the gap through internal or external training and/or
