Chapter 2
Known Issues in This Release
This section describes known issues in Oracle Utilities Customer Self Service release 2.0.1 at the time the product was
released. Single fixes for these issues will be released at a later date.
Bug Number

Known Issue

13965214

Usage is not displayed when using a CSS-MDM direct integration flow. Usage is
displayed properly when service is configured to work through CCB (CSS-CCBBPEL-MDM). This issue should be fixed through MDM patch 13968362.

12748268

The Next button is enabled on Usage Portlet when there are no more records to
view.

12970399

An incorrect error message is displayed when duplicated records are created for
Admin entities.

13948951

On the Lookup Maintenance panel the upper grid should always reflect the state
of the database. Currently, however, it shows new (unsaved) values even if the
Save button has not been clicked.

13951963

A Usage Download request for dates when the service does not exist shows a
generic error message ("Error occurred while downloading data") instead of the
more accurate, "No usage found".

13969204

Newly-added access roles are not displayed on the invite screen.

Workaround : Restart the application.

13974872, 13724641

Lookup and Train Maintenance screens have refresh problems that can affect
display of SS-owned values. When this occurs, records can become editable.

13983197

Page titles may not be accurate. The issue is related to maintaining context in the
Group Space.

Chapter 2 Known Issues in This Release

13987745

The View Bill button on the Scalar Consumption Summary is disabled when the
service is pointed to MDM directly.
Workaround: Use the View Bill button on the Account Summary screen.

13995299

WSSCSR user is getting access to all admin pages

Workaround:
1

Login as WSSAdmin and go to the Manage Members page of the

Administrator group space.

Delete the WSSCSRGroup from the members list.

Go to the Manage Pages screen of the Administrator group space. Use the
Set Access dialog for User page, and add WSSCSRGroup to give CSR
users permission to view the User page.
