The concept of the ProE is

based on the core know-how of
Tamglass. The ProE has been
developed to answer the growing need to produce multifunctional Low-E and Super Low-E
glass as well as traditional
glass in all sizes. In order to
achieve the required production fl exibility Tamglass has
utilised its unique know-how of
temperature- and convectionprofi led heating to create a topof-the-line furnace. The ProE
has established itself on the
global market as the top-performing processing system for
advanced architectural glass.

The fl exible production of all

glass types is powered by a
number of patented innovations. The most important
of these are the placement
of the convection system in
the direction of the process,
individual heating element
control, individual operation
of the furnace modules and a
high-effi ciency quench system
for the quenching/cooling section. Due to these innovations
you can handle glass types with
varying emissitivity, focus the
heat evenly over the glass sheet
to avoid glass edge overheating
and process coated glass fast.
There are also major energy
savings along the line, including
the quenching/cooling section.

We are at your service

Glaston seeks to establish longterm business relationships

More than a machine

ENVIROMENT-FRIENDLY
GLASS PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Glaston takes into account the whole lifecycle of

its machines. One key issue is designing and
manufacturing constructions to tolerate the heavy use
imposed on Glaston machines. Special attention has
been paid to the recyclability of materials, particularly to
wearing components that have to be replaced during the
regular maintenance programme.
