Key Result Areas


HR Operations: Handling Employees Orientation, Job Descriptions, Setting up KPI, Manpower
Budgeting, Aligning HR with core business activities. Planning deployment of manpower as per skills &
requirements and ensuring adherence to all norms, maintenance of discipline, counseling and
grievance handling.
Recruitment, Resourcing & Development: Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for
sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements in
coordination with management and fixing up Annual Manpower Budget and Hiring Plan. Scheduling
hiring process and interviews as per Annual Manpower Plans.
Training & Development: Identifying the various training and development needs of the employees
through organisation wide surveys. Preparing annual training calendar; liaising with internal & external
trainers to conduct the respective training programmes. Organising training programmes and open
house sessions as per schedule; taking feedback from trainees on the effectiveness of the training
programmes.
MIS: Establishing a robust MIS system in consultation with management and providng accurate &
timely updates as per the defined criteria. Providing assistance to the top management to take
effective decisions by providing information by way of weekly, fortnightly and monthly MIS. Monitoring
daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports supporting requirements of management.
Accountabilities:
Establish a robust MIS system in consultation with management and provide accurate and
timely updates as per the defined criteria.

Work with senior management on defining report requirements, formats and distribution
preferences (e.g. Plan Vs actual, performance etc.)

Monitor Creation, maintenance and updating of the reports on corporate guidelines on MIS /
Reporting.

Assist top management to take effective decisions by providing information by way of weekly,
fortnightly and monthly MIS.

Monitor Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual reports supporting requirements of
management.

Review variance reports and advise managers of corrective action to be taken (initial analysis).

Monitor updating of all the information in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP- SAP) system
for efficient MIS and reporting.

Ensure provision of assistance and support to dept. heads for meeting all information
requirements.

Ensure the utmost confidentiality of the MIS data and report.

Manage & support recruitment, set KPI's for direct reports, monitor overall department KPI's.

Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch
targets and take leadership positions.
