Introduction
Adapt PM Smart IDC Power System is a new generation uninterruptible power supply and integrated
smart distribution management system developed by Emerson with its more than 40 years of experiences
in large UPS production, advanced IDC power solutions and smart power management technologies.

Medium IDCs of enterprises, medium-small IDCs in the fields of Finance, Security and Government

Superior energy saving and environment-friendly: Efficiency > 96% at 50%-75% rated
load, and > 95% at 25% rated load; Input PF close to 1, input THDi<3%

Modular UPS with each module of 30KVA
Both UPS and battery system use the aesthetics IT-style
rack
Embedded with the most delicate 30kVA rack-mounted
UPS in the world with weight < 35kg and 3U height; Up
to 5 UPS units can be paralleled inside one cabinet
Embedded with hot swappable 150 kW bypass module
Embedded with input/output distribution switch and
manual maintenance bypass
Embedded with Server Power Management System
(SPM) to detect the switch status, voltage, current, PF,
harmonics, and energy consumption of each branch
circuit, and 2-level current pre-alarm settable
Equipped with optional plug-and-play distribution
module with 18 circuit breakers, so capacity can be
expanded anytime and output distribution can be
modified flexibly
Equipped with optional ABB plug-and-play circuit
breakers, the circuit breaker capacity expansion or load
phase modulation can be realized without cutting the
input power
Both UPS power supply and load distribution can be
configured dynamically. The UPS capacity and number
of load circuits can be increased with the increase of
user's IT systems

Superior capability of powering load: Output PF close to 1, no need of power deration

with load of leading or lagging PF
Easy-to-install: Top or bottom cabling, no need of input cabling cabinet, with UPS and
smart distribution integrated into one cabinet
Easy-to-maintain: Full front access, UPS, bypass and distribution can be replaced within
2mins
Easy-to-modify: Parallel systems can share the batteries. The number of battery cells can
be configured flexibly, so the original batteries can be used when modifying the legacy
system; moreover, the battery cell can be replaced in time when it fails without interrupting
the normal operation of UPS.
