ABSTRACT

This thesis is entitled The Effects of Motivation, Climate and Work Ethic towards Work
Productivity on PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo Employee, Jakarta. The problem
formulations of this research are (a) Does motivation influence on employees work
productivity?; (b) Does work ethic influence on work productivity?; (c) Does
organizational climate influence on labor productivity? (d) Does the effect of motivation,
work ethic, and organizational climate influence on employees work productivity
together? The approach utilized in this research was descriptive approach with
independen and dependent variable. The data type and sources utilized were primary and
secondary data. Data was collected using questionnaires, observation, and literature
study. The population in this research was employees of PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo as
many as 58 people by primary data gathering collection of total population. Samples
from this research was part of the overall number of population in the office in PT Ansi
Mega Instrumenindo. The sampling technique utilized in this research was population
only within the total number of employees in PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo. The analysis
method utilized in this research were (a) validity and reliability test, (b) normality test
and (c) hypothesis test and the data were analyzed using SPSS version 22. Based on the
analysis result, it can be concluded that the motivation, work ethic, and organizational
climate had real significant influence towards work productivity on employee of PT Ansi
Mega Instrumenindo.

Abstrak
Tesis ini berjudul pengaruh-pengaruh motivasi, iklim dan etos kerja terhadap
produktivitas kerja di PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo Jakarta. Rumusan masalah dalam
penelitian ini adalah (a) Apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja
karyawan?; (b) Apakah etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja?; (c) Apakah
iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja? (d) Apakah pengaruh
motivasi, iklim organisasi dan etos kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap
produktivitas kerja karyawan? Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah
pendekatan deskriptif dengan variabel bebas terhadap variabel tak bebas. Jenis dan
sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan
menggunakan angket kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian
ini adalah karyawan PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo sebanyak 58 orang dengan cara
pengambilan data primer total populasi. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari
keseluruhan jumlah populasi di kantor PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo. Teknik dalam
mengambil sampel yang ada di populasi penelitian ini hanya dilingkungan PT Ansi Mega
Instrumenindo dengan jumlah seluruh orang pegawai. Metode analisis yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) uji validitas dan reliabilitas, (b) uji normalitas dan (c) uji
hipotesis dan data dianalisa dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil
analisis, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa motivasi, iklim organisasi dan etos kerja
secara bersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan di
PT Ansi Mega Instrumenindo.
