While communicating a copy of the Govt. Memo 4th read above, the undermentioned District
Educational Officers in the State are requested to effect the transfers of (32) teachers as indicated in the list
annexed by way of conducting a counseling for these transferred teachers in their respective districts on

20/02/2010 duly following the conditions stipulated in the Govt. Memo. 1st read above without any deviation
and to issue posting orders in the existing vacancies. Further, the teachers may be directed to take relief from
their respective old stations immediately and join in their new place of posting on 22/02/2010.

In this context, they are informed that if any transferred teacher is not participated in the transfer
counseling, he/she will forfeit the right of his/her transfer and no claims will be entertained at a later date.

However, the DEOs have to complete the entire exercise by 22/02/2010 and submit the compliance by the
evening without fail.

This has the approval of Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

The attention of the Commissioner & Director of School Education, Hyderabad is invited to
the references cited and she is informed that the proposals for transfer of teachers of 32 cases for
inter district transfer on spousal grounds are received in the reference 2nd cited above.

Government after careful examination of the above proposals, here by permit the Commissioner
and Director of School Education to effect the (32) transfer of teachers on spousal grounds under
Rule 5 (2) (C) of Presidential Order 1975 as indicated in the list annexed (Annexure) duly following
the conditions prescribed in the reference 1st cited.

The Commissioner and Director of School Education is requested to take necessary action.
