Work Profile:
Harmonization of machined parts for front fuselage of LCA. Stackup
Analysis for front fuselage assembly. Quality check of the parts before
delivery. Coordinate with customer for project status and queries if any.
Responsibility:
Analyze the deviation between 2D and 3D.
Incorporate the changes once we receive the feedback from the customer.
Apply FTA for the parts before performing 3DCS.
Stack up analysis for the front fuselage assembly using 3DCS.
Quality checks for the parts executed by the team member.
Coordinate with the customer for project update and for clarifications if any.
Significant Contributions:
Responsible to communicate with customer on daily basis to update the work
status & for clarification if any.
Maintain allocation tracker and team timesheet.
2. Piaggio MPA3.

Work Profile:
Design of Auxiliary fuel tank and vapor barrier assembly for MPA3
aircraft. Allocate the work among the team members and track the work for
timely completion of the project.
Responsibility:
Design of Auxiliary fuel tank and vapor barrier assembly for MPA3 aircraft.
Generate detail drawing for the parts created.

Upload the parts and drawings in enovia.


Generate EAMR sheet for center fuselage.
Distributing the work among the team and maintain the tracker.
Maintaining the task tracker to achieve timely delivery of the models.
Co-ordinate with clients to update the status on daily basis in case the
managers are unavailab

work among the team and maintaining database of the same.

Maintaining the task tracker to achieve timely delivery of the models.
Co-ordinate with GippsAero, Australia for any query.
Initiate conference call on weekly basis to update on the project and clarify
any unanswered query.
Create and finalize drafting standard to maintain uniformity.
Consolidate and maintain the team timesheet for future reference.

4. GA-18 (18 seater aircraft)

: 1 year 6 months (Dec 2010 to May2012)

Work Profile:
Coordinate with GippsAero on biweekly basis. Involved in 3D modeling,
generating flat pattern and Assembly of various parts for GA18 aircraft.
Responsibility:
Creation of Catia models from scanned tiff file of existing Nomad N-24
drawings that are in vellum sheets.
Involved in the QC process of the created models.
Completed 3D models & assembly of GA18 flap and aileron achieving
matched hole requirements.
Creation of sheet metal components with sheet metal or by Aerospace sheet
metal work bench.
Significant Contributions:
Responsible to communicate with GippsAero on biweekly basis for
clarification of the modeling issues and to update the work status.
Deputed to GippsAero, Australia for 6 weeks to understand their design
methodology.
Involved in the vendor selection to outsource some portion of CAD activity.
5. NM-5 (5 seater aircraft)

: 1 year 11 months (January 2009 to Nov 2010)

Work Profile:
Worked as Design engineer in preparation of various NM5 structures.
Involved in 3D modeling, Assembly and Drafting of various structures for NM5
aircraft.

Responsibility:
Involved in the design of Bottom skin assembly for NM5.
Created Layouts, 3D-models, Sub assembly, assembly and Detail drawing
along with material schedule for bottom skin assembly.
Assisted in detail drawing for NM5 wing parts.
Involved in the creation of Lofts for fuselage and wing parts.
Involved in Nesting of sheet metal parts for wing assembly.

LCH Cockpit structures including Locking and jettisoning mechanism.

Involved in the design of pressurized Cockpit along with door locking and
jettisoning mechanism for LCH.

along with material schedule for Cockpit door structure, locking and jettisoning
mechanism.
Responsible for uploading the parts to Teamcenter engineering and follow-up
it upto release.
Involved in weight reduction for LCH.
Involved in numbering system for cockpit door structures and locking system
assembly.
Significant Contributions:
Worked in client place (Aircraft Division-HAL) for the design of LCH Cockpit.
Co-coordinated with pilots and with clients.

Prepared concepts for primary sizing of cockpit doors and fixed windows with
co-ordination with pilots.
