Objectives

Kinematics of particles and rigid bodies, kinetics of particles and rigid


bodies, Newtons laws of motion, equations of motion, work and energy
methods, impulse and momentum.
The objectives of this course are:
1. To present a clear idea and knowledge of mechanics of a particles and
rigid bodies in motion.
2. To present understanding of kinematics of a particle and a rigid body.
3. To present understanding of kinetics of a particle.
