The academic year comprises 2 semesters, each of 20 weeks (public
holidays and compulsory vacation days not included) in which lectures,
examinations, completion of assignments etc. take place
Semester I
Block 1: 31 August until 16 October
Block 2: 26 October until 29 January
Semester II
Blok 1: 1 February until 11 March
Blok 2: 21 March until 24 June
In semester I no lectures on:
Monday 19 until Friday 23 October (exam week)
Monday 14 until Thursday 24 December
Monday 4 until Friday 29 January
In semester II no lectures on:
Monday 14 until Friday 18 March (exam week)
Monday 16 May until Friday 2 September
