What make GC did you use

Hyper tensive products, manual GCs. Doesnt have any idea about what GCs (as in
manufacturer, Agilent/Varian etc).
Ash Test: How do you do this?
We take the sample, weigh it and put it in the oven at the required temperature and
wait for it to become Ash
How do you know when did it become Ash
Ans: We will have to monitor

What did you check with paracetamol
Dissolve in conical, and water, heat it 37 C and add indicator like
phenolphthalein/methyl red
Phenolphthalein gives rose pink color, what do you titrate with? KOHwhen asked if
the solution is acidic basic..chnaged to basic. Use HCl for titration
What do you do at advanced pharma: No raw material
pH, Viscosity, sterility: Never used Brookfiled
How do you check viscosity
We have to first clean with water, acetone
Check viscosity of water three times
Then check for sample

FTIR what is your experience? UV and IR. What does FTIR stand for - it is for
titration product and IR product. Does not know
How did you check FTIR samples dissolve in specific solvent and check absorption.
Mostly for identification and concentration
Used TLC for some products. What is TLC Thin layer chromatography. Used for
amine product.
