The Leader and People pray responsively

In peace, we pray to your, Lord God.
Silence
For all people in their daily life and work;
For our families, friends, and neighbors, and for those who
are alone.
For this community, the nation, and the world;
For all who work for justice, freedom, and peace.
For the just and proper use of your creation;
For the victims of hunger, fear, injustice, and oppression.
For all who are in danger, sorrow, or any kind of trouble;
For those who minister to the sick, the friendless, and the needy.
For the peace and unity of the Church of God;
For all who proclaim the Gospel, and all who seek the Truth.
For Chuck our chairman, TJ our bishop, and Mike our network leader;
For all who serve God in his Church.

4
The Confession of Sin
And now, O Father, we pray to you also for our greatest need, the forgiveness of
our sins:
Have mercy upon us, most merciful Father;
in your compassion forgive us our sins,
known and unknown,
things done and left undone;
and so uphold us by your Spirit
that we may live and serve you in newness of life,
to the honor and glory of your Name;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Vacation with a Purpose 2010

This summer, from July 18th through the 24th, we will head up to West Virginia
to participate in the World Vision Appalachia mission experience. We will be
serving two roles while we are there - going out to a building in the community
and repairing major construction needs and volunteering at the local Vacation
Bible School teaching children from the area as well as our own. Please take the
next few days praying whether God is calling you and your family to be Radical
Goers or Radical Senders. Any questions, email Conor at conor@tcotgs.org. Get
excited about this great opportunity to be the body of Christ for an area of the
country not experiencing the full privileges of the Kingdom of God.

For all announcements, please visit our website at www.tcotgs.org.
