THEORY
1.1 Introduction
Wax pouring machine is used to pour wax into mould and making candles .We can
easily operate this machine and make candles because this is simply constructed machine
only one simple press and pull mechanism is used in this machine .In This machine when
the switch has been pressed, at that time wax come out from nozzle and pour in mould.
1.4 History
In ancient time, the people were suffering from darkness during night. So, the invention
of candle come into existence almost 200 years later we are still using the candle to generate
light source on a useful scale. At that time, the candles were produced at low scale & only
simple design but in todays technology colored candles, and different shapes of candles are
possible.
Chapter 2
DESCRIPTION
This is a front view of wax pouring machine in this design this figure indicate nozzle
and hot wax exit area from nozzle.
This is a design of wax pouring machine. this figure indicate press pull switches and
wax entry port, in this design one switch for one nozzle.
By using this machine industries can increase their production at lower cost.
Serious injury to the operator of wax pouring machine may be possible as the wax ishot.
In wax pouring machine no need of skill worker but one operator is necessary.
In wax pouring machine, we can use cold Wax for making candles.
Chapter 3
Literature survey
The purpose of this experiment was to find the effect of candle wax hardness on the
burning time of candle.
She became Interested in this idea when she observed a candle in her home and
wondered what made it burn for such a long time. She also thought there might be ways to
make it burn ever long.
The information gained from this experiment could help candle makers produce longer
burning candles. Decorative candles are expensive, so users would want them to last as long as
possible. Also people need candles in case of a power outage. They need candles they can relay
on to burn as long as the outage lasts.
The original purpose of this experiment was to find the effect of candle wax hardness on
the burning time of a candle.
The result of the experiment were that control group had an average burn time of 155.7
minutes. The group with 9 grams of hardener had an average of 182.3 minutes, and the group
with 32 grams of hardener had an average of 182.7 minutes.

Chapter 4
CONCLUSION
This Machine is very useful for the production of candles at very low cost as compare to
todays method. Candles can be made more as the wastage of wax is low and wastage of wax is
avoiding in this machine.
