Kaur leveled FAKE/FALSE RAPE after MARRIAGE case under IPC 376 and somehow even fooled

1. Kamalpreet aka Ruhi was aware that I was not divorced and I was wanting to divorce my
existing wife who deserted me about 2 years back and I was living separately.
WATSAPP LOGS prove that Kamalpreet provided me number of Lawyer Munish Sidena and contacts
of Subash Jalandhar assistant to their Lawyers to obtain/file for my divorce.

2. Medical Records submitted by Kamalpreet to support her RAPE after Marriage claim enclosed
below indicates opinion in the same report stating that Acute to Chronic Inflanmatory
Reaction.
3. Medical Records was done from Private hospital that clearly states NOT FOR LEGAL
PURPOSE further this occurred almost 15 Days after she left Marriage home.
4. All the WatsApp logs and conversation from Kamalpreet proves that she was no-where in
stress/physical ailment/physical discomfort further she is expressing her LOVE to me/husband.

5. Complete family of Kamalpreet (her step-mother, her step-father, step-brother, her son, herself)
went to Shimla with me/husband to enjoy family-time for two days on dates 7/7/2014
8/7/2014, stayed in Gurudwara Sanjoli near Shimala for 2 Days with 2 Rooms, thereafter, we
together in the same car went to Jalandhar to Kamalpreet parental house.
6. Even on 8-Jul-2014 her brother was caught by Traffic Police and his vehical was challaned for
wrong-ful parking and violating norms of Himachal Pradesh SHIMLA rules.
7. Together we stayed in Jalandhar till 10/JUL/2014 to obtain Provisional TC from her SON
school from Ubran Estate II Jalandhar and returned back from mohali to later incorporate in
affidavit for her son possible adimission to school where she acknowledge her divorce with her
husband was still running in courts of Jalandhar including she bearing all the cost of
maintaining her SON herself alone.
8. Nowhere in the whole WATSAPP logs its evidence that anywhere/ever Kamalpreet Kaur
expressed her dissatisfaction/discomfort while her STAY with her Husband in Mohali from 17Jun-2014 till 14-Jul-2014.
9. Investigation by Cops in the FIR of Kamalpreet have not enclosed my statement anywhere that
I submitted while co-operating with investigation during 1st week of November 2014 indicating
something fishy and not-normal.
10. Since, I mentioned in my statement to ASP investigation during 1st week of November 2014
most of above points apart from informing that Kamalpreet Kaur is susceptible to Acute to
Chronic Alergic Reaction since she is of RARE blood group A(-) A-negative apart from she got
her upper body BURNED when she was about 10 years old thereafter becoming Alergic to
various Medication further when we DELIVERED her Son on OCT 1 2005 she had to undergo
C-Section delivery and developed serious complications on/after DELIVERY of her SON in
2005.
11. Her claim of Medical Report and FAKING RAPE after marriage with ANAL SEX is selfevident of being CONCOCTED story based on UNRELIABLE reports.
12. She also deserted her 1st Husband and filed X-parte DIVORCE in Jalandhar Session Court is
also indicative of her Nature to desert marriage and look for new earning source that may result
from marriage extortion scheme by/after filing fake/fabricated case to implicate husband.
