TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

Booking:-50%of the tour cost to be remitted in advance while

booking the tour to confirm the vehicle and rooms. Balance amount
has to pay before one month of the tour date.
Food:- Vegetarian Food is included in the Package cost ,except
during the train journey
Accommodation: Good A/C (optional) rooms by Twin sharing basis
at all places of stay will be provided.

Transport:- Cost of 2nd Sleeper class train ticket is included in the

tour charge. Anybody wants a/c train ticket or flight ticket they have to
pay the difference amount.
Senior citizens will be eligible for the railway ticket concession, for
that they have to carry any photo id proof (original) during the journey
to prove the age.
Road journey:- A/C (optional) Transportation vehicle will be based
on the no of passengers
Entry Tickets is not included in the tour cost
Guide service is included in the tour cost
If the journey is blocked /diverted/ cancelled beyond our control
such as Road bandh, Train delay, Strike, Natural Calamities, (Earth
Quake, Flood, Cyclone, Tsunami etc) Company will not allow any
refund.
Children:- below 4 years age is free from tour cost.
Any expenses:-incurred due to the changes in the itinerary by
passengers interest other than the scheduled itinerary, they have to
share and bear that expenses.
Cancellation:-50% of the advance amount will be lost if cancellation
is made before one month of the tour starting date and 50% of the
tour cost will be lost If cancelled after that. full tour cost will be lost
if cancelled on the tour date
