Participated in the development and maintenance of a Monitoring and Evaluation
(M&E) database for ER projects that was presented as best-practice throughout the
bureau; took part in a corporate training on M&E;
Participated in the evaluation of the gender mainstreamed strategy in ERT, by
reporting actual project deliverables against corporate targets and the 8 Point Agenda;
developed gender related indicators and benchmarks;
Took part in the ER Programming Review that will assess the impact of ER projects
on the ground, derive lessons learnt/best practices, and identify gaps in local
coordination and understanding of Early Recovery in six countries of interest;

As part of the review, I have conducted the preliminary background research and
subsequently took part in the methodology development, stakeholders mapping, and
mission planning;
Supported the design and creation of an early recovery toolkit, a web based platform
for ER guidance and resource sharing; was part of the staff training on the ER
Toolkit; experience with Sharepoint and ATLAS;
Produced two case studies on needs assessment experiences that were used as
reference material at the ER and DRR training in Bangladesh;
Participated in a writing group that developed a How-To Guide on Sustainable
Livelihoods & Economic Recovery Programming in Crisis and Post-Crisis Situations;
wrote a paper on Entrepreneurship Development as part of Local Economic Recovery
Took part in a workshop on Peacebuilding and Humanitarian Interventions hosted by
GPP, and helped with the organization of a workshop on transition financing
procedures and mechanisms, hosted by UN-OECD/INCAF.
