Earthing and Lightning Protection
Copper Bond Electrode Rod (Threaded)

They are made from a low carbon, high tensile strength (600m/mm 2 minimum) steel core with a coating
of molecular bonded 99.9% pure electrolytic copper.
The minimum thickness of this coating is 100 micro (0.1 mm), 200 micro (0.2 mm), 250 micro (0.25 mm).
Extensible type rods have a rolled thread (UNC2A at each end).
Rolled threads have a higher strength than cut threads and also preserve the copper coating at the
treads roots.
Special size and copper thickness can be supplied on request.

Solid copper earth rod are made from 99.9% pure electrolytic copper.
Solid copper earth rod offers greater resistance to corrosion. They are ideally used in applications where

The air rods made from Electrocytic Grade Copper, one side tapper pointed and the other side with
suitable threads for fixing to saddles /air terminal bases. Rods made from also can be supplied against
specific requirements. Rods can be installed with or without multiple points. However, researches
conducted in this regards suggest use or multiple points with taper pointed air rods are more effective
than taper pointed air rods.

The obstruction lamp is a product applied by the communication base stations up to date since a long
time ago. It is based on DC or AC power as its power supply system with the light emitting tube as its
light source. Its outside case is made of polycarbonate and engineering plastic materials, controlled with
the light sensitive resistance. It flashes by itself at the night time and turns off automatically at the day
time.

The copper braided wire is used as flexible jointing wire of electric appliance, switch appliance, electric
stove and storage battery etc.
Model and Meaning
Technique Performance
Copper braided wire adopts super quality round copper wire or tinning soft round copper wire to be
braided in multiple thread one layer or many layers.
The DC electrical resistivity (20oC) of copper braided wire is lower than 0.022 .mm2/m, the DC electrical
resistivity (200C) of tinning copper braided wire is lower than 0.234 .mm2/m.

Press Welded Flexible Connector

Press welding can only be performed on red copper and it depends on its dimensions and customers
specifications.
The laminated sections are compressed and reconstructed by block during the terminal phase. via use of
high currents. The contact resistance between each lamina is almost zero.
Contact areas : PWR press welded.
Copper strips : 0.1 mm thick witcover sheet 0.3 mm.
It is also possible to deliver contact areas with tinned or silvered design.
