99.0085% correct and defect free data out of the 2,500+ pieces of data handed out
for my applications. Saved countless wasted man hours of rework and retesting.

inventory management application (Granite) for AT&T U-Verse program. Managed 8
employees and 8 off-shore contractors. Led requirements gathering and documentation
sessions, was lead tester and administrator for all program level testing activities. Crosstrained employees to handle on-call support. Supported E2E testing activities, new product
releases and release verification activities. Coordinator for all inventory management
defects. Led weekly and ad-hoc defect review calls with development, vendor, engineering
and stakeholder teams. Presented ad-hoc overviews to senior management on testing
progress and areas of concern.
Key Accomplishments:
Successfully produced the most error-free major application since the launch of
AT&Ts U-verse program. Extensive application-centric and E2E testing, virtually all
defects detected and fixed prior to deployment. Resulting in less than .003% manual
intervention of orders in production.

Supervised a team of 6 employees and 4 contractors. Quality Control (QC) and testing of
Customer Information Management (CIM) Business Integration Service (BIS) Facade on the
Enterprise Integration Architecture (EIA) platform. Worked with developers and fellow
testers to design and build the needed testing platforms.
Also worked to Integrate 16 application development teams to test and certify code to
comply with Federal Communications Commission mandates.
Utilized JAVA, EJBs, WebSphere, COBOL, UNIX, MVS, DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL, Bean-Test,
Test Director and Patrol.

Key Accomplishments:
Lowest cost per deliverable of all BIS applications, running at 40% of the average BIS
applications development/testing cost.
Trained 100+ Test Director Users in the organization and handled all licensing duties.
Recovered over $50K of missing Test Director Licenses and software.
Streamlined process between NDS and the EIT team for real-time defect tracking of
EIT E2E testing and defect resolution.

administered change and problem management (VANTIVE) and coordinated extensively with
senior management. Worked with vendors and procurement to insure proper hardware
capacity and software licenses were available at new ROCCs for consolidation.

Project completed 10 weeks ahead of schedule and 15% under budget, with no
downtime, outages or loss of data.
