RELEVANT CAUSES

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, since its inception has been regarded as one of the premier
Business Schools of our country. The Institute believes that Social Responsibility is a key contributor to progress
and hence the Institute has courses designed to sensitize young managers to social responsibility. To carry forward
the initiative, we students have formed The Social Responsibility Forum (SRF).
In
n the past, SRF has organized various activities like Blood Donation Camps, collection and distribution of clothes,
medicines, blankets and money for Tsunami relief and Mumbai Flood relief, AIDS awareness efforts, women
entrepreneurship literacy programs, etc.
SRF celebrates an Annual Event- ‘Sadbhavna’. Sadbhavna’, which means ‘Empathy’, epitomizes the SRF religion –
‘Social Responsibility’. Over the years through eloquent participation from society it has evolved into a strong
scaffold for building long-standing
tanding and mutually beneficial relationship between the society and the student
community. In this tradition we look forward to your association with Sadbhavna’10 and establish a long-term
long
relationship with you.
Last time, “Sadbhavna” was focused on ‘‘Jagriti’.. Several events were conducted like Peace Exhibition, Paper
Presentation, Peace March, T-Shirt
Shirt Painting competition and an Inter NGO Dance competition. This year from
the 24th - 25th of February, SRF plans to organize Sadbhavna with the theme ““Save Earth”,
Earth the underlying purpose
being to make the world a better place to live in
in.

Thank You
Yours Sincerely
Mayank Bhardwaj
President, SRF
