b i n d , that p o s t u r e of the self b e n t a g a i n s t itself, a p a s s i o n a t e

in the v e r y n o t i o n of the subject is a p a s s i o n a t e a t t a c h m e n t to

d e r e g u l a t i o n o f the subject m a y p e r h a p s p r e c i p i t a t e a t e n u o u s

s u b j e c t i o n , t h e n the subject w i l l n o t e m e r g e save a s a n e x e m -

u n r a v e l i n g o f that c o n s t i t u t i v e k n o t . W h a t e m e r g e s i s n o t the

p l i f i c a t i o n a n d effect of t h i s a t t a c h m e n t . I h o p e to s h o w , first

unshackled w i l l or a " b e y o n d " to power, but another direc-
