Operating control and regulation

5 speed Standard controller.

This controller provides a 5-stage speed regulation by
voltage modulation totally interference free, motor
noises and vibrations free.
All connections, both the input and the control, are
placed outside the equipment.
For a simple connection free of errors, between the
controller and the equipment there is used a
telephonic type cable with connectors RJ45, what
reduces sensibly the installation time.
The digital communication with the controller
increases the protection against interferences and
allows long distances (till 300m) between the
controller and the equipments.
With a single controller there can be commanded till
12 different equipment placed in series.
Standard controller functions
External ON/OFF: Contact normally open and power
free that permit to turn on and off the equipment
through any external device, timer, PLC or centralized
management system.
Memory: It optionally preserves the order of the
selected speed in case of voltage shutdown.

Manual/Automatic Controller
It allows the standard manual or automatic operation.
The automatic controller permits to set a different
speed through an open free potential contact placed
inside the controller.
This way we can modify the operating of the
equipment according to the state of any type of
connector, sensor, pressure switch or any other
device.
Switch: Permits to open or close any device or
accessory connected to the equipment from a switch
placed in the controller. We can control the electro-
valve, turn on and off batteries, air shutters, etc…

Operating control and regulation

Electrical heating 5 speed controller

Besides the standard controller functions, It allows to
regulate the heating in 3 stages.
There can be limited the power of the heating stages
according to the fan’s speed. (Air-flow).

Interface box to a centralized controller

The CT-PLC-NE interface connects the digital
controller of the equipment to a centralized digital
management
DDC, PLC, BMS, etc. type.
With the direct programming we can control all the
equipment functions.
