DESCRIPTION
Hi
Plast-PC
is
a
high
efficiency
polycarboxylate-based
high
performance
superplasticizer which enables concrete to be
produced with very low water to cement ratios.
Hi Plast-PC has been formulated to impart
extreme workability without segregation to
concrete, and to achieve high early
compressive strength and it has been
developed for use in: and High performance
concrete. Hi Plast_PC does not contain added
Chlorides and will not promote corrosion in
steel.

DIRECTIONS
Dosage

Hi Plast-PC has a recommended dosage range

of 0.5 3.0% by weight of cementitious
materials. But the dosage rate will vary
according to concrete materials used, ambient
conditions and the specific requirements of
concrete. Trial mixes should be run to verify
plastic and hardened performance with local
materials. Over dosage may cause delay in the
setting time.

STORAGE
Hi Plast-PC should be stored at temperatures
above 5C. If frozen, its properties can be
recovered
after
thawing
and
agitating
thoroughly.

SELF LIFE
1 year in original, unopened container.

SAFETY
During use, avoid contact with the skin and
eyes. Wear protective gloves and eye
protection when handling the product. In case
of contact with the eyes rinse with plenty of
fresh water and seek medical advice.
