improvement for clients and any other task the owners requested. The team I was responsible
for tripled their gross sales in their second month.

I had the challenge to manage and grow a 3+ million dollar retail food service business.
This consisted of a sales team (15+), an operations team (7+), and two assistant managers. My
responsibilities included managing and processing every aspect of running the business. I
implemented marketing strategies, communicated company goals, and trained new hires on
company procedures including safety, driving tests, and skills mastery. I helped each member of
sales team set personal goals which were tracked and celebrated when reached. I created and
executed sales strategies for generating sales over quota and projected profit for each quarter.
One of my many accomplishments was creating a way of generating new customers I called a
build blitz that was very effective (over 200% more effective than previous methods) This
allowed me to target a neighborhood and maximize efficiency for the sales people servicing the
customer base in that area by reducing the miles driven and increasing the customer count for
that day’s route. This increased income for the employee and reduced frustrations in their job.
This was adopted as a new way to generate customers and is now used company wide.
