The Offer
The Group is looking for Management Trainees who will take
up various leadership roles in 3-5 years time.
The Management Trainee will work along with the Directors
and other top management in different roles and different
departments.
The Management Trainee will , if found eligible, be given a
strategic role at the end of the training period.
The role will include strategic decision making, ownership of
various processes or business units.
The typical candidate would be someone with an all round
ability, heightened awareness, perceptive, very good in
interpersonal skills and with excellent oral and written
communication skills

The Role- Specifics

Sales :

We are looking for professionals who would be responsible for the sales of a
particular product/ brand for the state
Track lead generation and conversion
Monitor dealer performance and take action to improve the non-performing
dealers; appoint new dealers in unrepresented areas.
Increase market share through increase in reach and share of business
Forecast sales to assist procurement
Execute Dealer Schemes & Consumer Schemes as per initiatives of the principal.
Lead the conduct of Consumer Meets / Influencers Meet & Mason Meets etc that
influence purchase behavior
Ensure consistency of order fulfillment for streamlined operations
Attending of customer complaints/grievances and resolution

The Role- Specifics

Operations:

Ensure on time delivery as per order by regularly coordinating with the MIS/ Sales team and
monitoring the Sales Indents/ Orders.
Ensure the productivity of the stock yard is maintained as per plan
Take overall responsibility for managing the Quality of the despatch order
Ensure proper material management so that stocks can be easily identified, dispatches can be
made timely & inventory reconciliation can be carried out
Ensure correct weighment of materials and regular calibration of weighbridge / weighing
machine
Ensure safety and proper house-keeping at the stockyard
Ensure updation of all entries/ preparation of reports as required
Reconcile stocks on a monthly/ quarterly basis and provide the information to the MIS /
Finance & Accounts teams
Support the Sales team in settling any complaints / disputes from dealers
Plan for routes for all orders to ensure freight optimization while maintaining security of the
material
