Dear Mr. Muhammad Nadeem,
This is with reference to your recent shortlisting for the scholarship selection interview for MS
leading to PhD studies in France,
1.
The French Officials has recently demanded you to provide the following
documents on urgent basis by Friday 27th March, 2015. You are instructed to provide the
below mentioned documents in one PDF file to the saaziz@hec.gov.pk
jawan@hec.gov.pk / rshafiq@hec.gov.pk

a) Updated Resume/CV
b) Statement of Purpose
c) Admission Offer / Acceptance Letter(s) {only if you are able to secured yet}
d)
Scanned copies of your all Educational Documents only ( i.e.
SSC/HSSC/Bachelor/Masters Certificates, Degrees and transcripts/DMC)
e)
Proof of English Proficiency certification like IELTS/TOEFL etc. or an official
certificate/letter from your universitys department mentioning that the medium of
instruction of your studies was in English.
f)
Two Reference letters from university professor/lecturer with his official sign
and stamp
(It is instructed to avoid attaching any irrelevant document(s) with the PDF)

Keeping in view of the recent problems faced by the candidates, therefore,
currently you are only encourage to secure admission in French Public universities
preferably in English. However, even if a candidate is unable to bring the M2 admission
at this stage, he/she will be allowed to appear in the interview session.
3. HEC reserves the right to change, alter or reject any applicant/candidate at any
stage of the process.

Important Note: It is pertinent to mention here that all future correspondences will be made
