Alibaba (BABA) is starting a Netflix-like service in China called Tmall Box Office and is expected to launch
in two months.
iDreamSky (DSKY) announced they received a go-private offer.
Kandi Technologies Group (KNDI) was higher today after speculation they may go private.
Dow Jones reported that Anthem (ANTM) made a $175/share bid for Cigna (CI) while later reporting that
UnitedHealth (UNH) is eyeing Cigna (CI).
A 13D filing shows Dennis May (CEO) owning a 5.5% stake in HHGregg (HGG).
According to Indias Economic Times, Wipro (WIT) is in talks to buy U.K. outsourcing services firm Equiniti.
Gap Inc. (GPS) to shut 175 stores in North America over the next few years, including about 140 this year.
