Free Meditation

Mai-Khoi has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, she got her Self-Realisation
in Hong Kong and has been giving free meditation classes in the USA, Europe and
Asia. She now resides in HCM and London. Through the benefits of daily
meditation, she became healthier and calmer, with an improved outlook on life.
With the blessings of her spiritual guide and teacher Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi,
Mai-Khoi wishes to share her experiences and offer free courses to give SelfRealisation so please join her.
Self-Realisation
Within us all, we have a spiritual energy called 'Kundalini' in Sanskrit. When we
awaken the Kundalini, the energy becomes active and flows within us providing
an expression for the Spirit. The dormant Kundalini energy rises from the sacrum
through the spinal column up and beyond the fontanel bone, energising and
nourishing our energy centers or the chakras on its way. This process is the actual
Self-Realisation. It is a living experience coming from within, which leads to
thoughtless awareness, a state of consciousness beyond the mind and the body.
This state of thoughtless awareness, enables us first to discover and then to
become the real Self, thus finding the self-fulfilment that human beings have
always sought. It enables us to find inner peace and joy, and help us balance
ourselves in mind, body and spirit. It also helps us understands others so that we
become more compassionate and positive towards people around us.
After getting Self-Realised one becomes moral, united, integrated, balanced,
peaceful and joyous. One actually gets the experience of the all-pervading power
of divine love as cool breeze.
As Shri Mataji said "It is important for everyone to have that knowledge of the
roots within ourselves and allows the individual to become his own Spiritual
Guide."
The techniques are simple and classes are free. We cannot pay for a living and
spontaneous experience, just as we cannot get a seed to sprout by paying Mother
Earth. Everyone has a birth right to know oneself and it should be free!
Through meditation one can experience the benefits such as:
