Reservation up to 2Yo for Freedom Fighter and their children /grand children will be
available only if quota reserved for Ex-servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled
to that extent due to non avaiiability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents or
non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes. Over all reservation either
from the unfilled vacancies of Ex-serwicemen or from the Backward Classes for Freedom
Fighters/ their children/ grand children will remain limited to 2%o only.
Reservation benefrt will be admissible to the bonafide residents of Haryana State only. The
'Resident Certificate of Haryana' and the 'Certificate of SCIBC/ESM/DESM/PFVSBC,TF

of Haryala' issued by the competent authority under the latest Govt., instructions will only
be accepted.
Preference

will

be given to the candidates having PG degree/Diploma and Rural Service

in

Haryana state (Health DepartmenLNHMi?GIMS, Rohtak/State Government Medical

Colleges or State aided medical College like Agroha).
A waiting list equal to 50% oftotal advertised posts (category wise) will be prepared which
will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue of first appointment letter.
Once appointed they may be posted in rural areas for two years initially.

website of Haryana Health Department i.e. http:i/harvanahealth.nic.in. The application
form needs to be downloaded from the web site. Please read the instructions before filling
the application form.
No Candidate will apply if he/she does not have the MBBS Degree, intemship completion
certificate, permanent registration or if the result is awaited. All incomplete applications

will

be rejected.

Last date to receive the application forms is 01.07.2015. Interview shall commence from
06.07.2015 onwards and the venue of interwiew shall be O/o Directorate Generai Health
Serwices, Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula (Haryana).The Ro1lNo. and schedule of
the interview shall be disolaved on the offrcial website.
