What criteria are you using to evaluate the organization (BP QATAR) for which you hope to work?
I am looking for a stable organization who gives better benefits and development. A good working environment where I can challenge myself and utilize
my professional at best. Addition to that, Im looking for a career that for a long run, a part of my life that provides me financially and security.

In BP QATAR we often work in challenging environments and have to strive to achieve our objectives. Please describe

your most outstanding non-academic achievement highlighting your approach to any significant difficulties faced in
meeting your objective(s).
During my internship, I was in-charge of the supervision of a building at its finishing period. When the rainy season came, I encountered a water leaks
problem. It was very difficult to me, First thing I did is to report the problem the Principal Architect and gather information to the previous employee
about the history of the implementation of the walls. And I found out that the prefabricated ledge that that connected to the wall causes the leak. The
solution we made is to dismantle the entire ledge and put waterproofing on wall before re-installing it. It solves the problem and we rectified the painting
works after that.

ability to draw on these differences, influence others and then move forward with a common purpose is critical. Please
describe a challenging occasion, which required your persuasive skills and your ability to organize other people in order
to reach a successful resolution.

From my second job which I hold two team of subcontractors which is civil works and steel works. On the job site they tend to have disagreement to each
other on example using company tools. As a project in-charge, what I did is to make a rule or scheduling in dealing with this equipment request. They
need to make schedule and approved by me when using equipment such as welding machine, etc.

Describe a situation in which you worked as part of a team. What role did you take on? What went well and what didn't?

I am working now as a production team in providing complete set of Architectural drawings. Our team is very good in delivering solution to the design
problem we encountered. We commit many revisions but at a long run we have answer all the requirements of the client.

Describe a situation in which you had to work with a difficult person (co-worker, customer, supervisor, etc.). How did you
handle the situation? Is there anything you would have done differently in hindsight?

I encounter my boss In my Internship. He pointing a mistakes and not mistakes of me in awkward manner. I felt hurt but dont take it very personally
and looking it as a challenge and learning process in dealing persons. I have a long patience; I understand very well that your boss is always right.

The energy/oil/gas business provides a dynamic working environment and our ability to initiate change is key to ensuring
that we retain our competitive edge. Please describe the most innovative change that you have initiated and what you did
to implement this change.

In my recent job, I have been doing more office work which is way different to my previous work which is field. What I did is investing my free time in
learning the office system and many other tools such as Revit, 3dmax, Sketchup, Rhinoceros etc, which is I am confident to use it now.

Was there an occasion when you disagreed with a supervisor's decision or company policy? Describe how you handled
the situation?

Yes many times, In Architecture, ideas sometimes are always subjective. Our head department had its own point of view which contradicts to some design
provisions. I provide he the reference as well as he give also his taughts and we discuss until it will be settle and Im learning by that.
