This conference will address the need for wildlife stewardship reflective of democratic values, best
available science and Public Trust principles.
Through focus groups and expert presentations examining the biases and scientific shortfalls shaping
current wildlife stewardship, the conference will encourage collaboration and development of an ethical,
science-based, democratic vision of wildlife conservation that respects diversity and the intrinsic value of
life.

GROUP ROOM BLOCK AND RATES $90-$139

All hotel room rates are subject to a 10.5% Wisconsin Sales Tax and Town of Delton Room Tax. All hotel room rates are subject to a
$5.00 Ho-Chunk Nation Tribal tax per room, per night, and cannot be exempt. Room rates are based on room occupancy and type.
These rates are non-commissionable rates.

CUT OFF DATE

Individual room reservations, or Rooming List (if applicable), must be received on or before, Sunday, July 14, 2015 (Cutoff Date).
Unreserved rooms in the Group block will be released for general sale after this date. The Hotel will determine whether or not it can
accept reservations based on availability after this date.

METHODS OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be made by Individual Call. Please call to make reservations at 800.746.2486 and ask for the Friends of the
Wisconsin Wolf room block or provide group room block ID# 4775. Rooms are available for check in after 4:00 PM. day of arrival and
check out is 11:00 AM. day of departure.
Room Cancellation Policy:
Rooms not cancelled 24 prior to check-in the day before arrival will be charged the first nights stay plus any applicable taxes.
Rooms that are not checked-in and no call has been made to inform the hotel of a cancellation will be charged the entire stay plus
any applicable taxes and fees.
