Employment History:
GCM Contracting Solutions, Inc., Project Manager / Estimator, Fort Myers, Florida, June 2007 thru
May 2009, In charge of the design build / pre-construction / conceptual estimating for tilt wall dry stack
boat storage buildings through out the East Coast and the Bahamas Responsible for the successful
completion of the first and only “one of a kind” tilt wall dry stack boat storage building, Hamilton
Harbor Yacht Club, Naples Florida. Used innovative design build; working closely with the Design
Professionals to minimize structural components, (shelf beam depth, roof purlin design, and tilt wall
reinforcing and thickness), maximize income by enhancing revenue producing cubic foot area.
Instrumental in implementing and updating the firms estimating system to “Quest Estimating 8.1”. Also
identified areas in existing estimating system that required modification to the estimating assemblies
in respect to unit cost relative to quantity take off and waste factors as well as continually updating
unit cost based on current market prices for more competitive estimates.

BBLFlorida, LLC, Project Manager / Pre-Construction, Estero, Florida, 2004 thru


2007, Accountable for the successful completion of the “International Design Center”,
Estero, Florida, 250,000 square foot tilt wall, structural steel and wet deck construction,
including a “Cooling Tower” HVAC system, interior environmental control system and
state of the art “Smoke Evac System”, (reduce, (by 4), protected stair tower evacuation
structures).. Also coordinated and managed the “white box” construction for high end
tenant build outs.Pre construction services for the 200 million dollar “Tidewater
Preserve” Development, of multi family mid rise and high rise condominiums through to
permitting and letter of intent.Start up for 32 Story multi family post tension project.
Primarily handled initial shop drawing review and approval for reinforcing steel, post
tension cables, concrete, hollow metal frames, doors and hardware and exterior handrail,
fire protection and MEP submittals.
