All questions below are based on police and arrest reports by Officer Kimball.
In late July, did your accountant, Haley Floyd bring the possibility of theft or fraud at
Racheter world to your attention?
(Yes)
Did the information that Haley Floyd presented prompt you contact the Financial Crimes
Unit on August 1st, 2012?

(Yes)
Is it true that you contacted the FCU on August 1st to have financial inconsistencies of Your
Company, Racheter World investigated?
(Yes)
Just to Clarify, Who originally discovered these financial inconsistencies?
(Haley Floyd)
Could you elaborate on the nature of these financial inconsistencies?
(In 2012, Racheter World had admitted roughly 8,000 more standard tickets than in 2010,
and 6,000 more than in 2011! BUT The World Tour Ticket Sales {which typically functions
proportionately to the standard tickets sales} hasnt been as low as was in 2012 since the
recession in 2008! It just doesnt make any sense that there would be less World Tour Ticket
Sales and WORLD TOUR LINE ATTENDANCE GREATER THAN EVER!....
Did you supply the FCU evidence to assist in their investigation?
(Yes, Me and Floyd supplied them with the records of our past three years of expenditure and
revenue, as well as weekly revenue reports)
Did you elaborate any suspicion to the FCU before their investigation?
(No, I didnt have any suspicion of a particular individual or employee- I just knew that that
there was money missing---which could be potential fraud based Haleys recommendations)
Who did the FCU send to investigate these financial inconsistencies?
(Officer Francis Kimball)
Upon examining the evidence, what did Officer Kimball tell you his initial conclusions
were?
(His initial conclusion was that there was in fact a discrepancy in the World Tour passes sold
in comparison to overall park attendance and the previous years data)
(----that Floyd was correct that sales had showed a steep
and steady decline from April 2012 to August 1, 2012, in terms of World Tour
tickets, while sales of general-admission tickets had increased. I also noted
that the overall tickets sold for the 2012 season were higher than the parks
previous three summer seasons)

What did Officer Kimball suggest was the SOURCE of these financial issues?
(He explained that it had to be either accounting or sales. I knew it couldnt be accounting
it wouldnt make any sense that if Floyd was stealing, he would get himself arrested because
hes the one who got this whole investigation going. I informed Officer Kimball of this and
insisted that he investigate the sales department first)
Did Officer Kimball give any instruction to your regarding participation in his investigation?
(He told me not to speak to anyone about my concerns. He explained that the only people
who could know about the investigation were me, him, and Floyd because we were the only
ones who were cleared)
(He also requested that I purchase a new color bracelet for use at the park
the following
Week and to take over sales in the ticket booth)

Did you follow Officer Kimballs instructions?

(Yes, the next day I replaced the main ticket offices standard employee, Cameron Poole with
my accountant, Haley Floyd.)
What time exactly did you replace Cameron Poole as the main ticket office staff member?
(August 30th, 2012 @ the beginning of the shift)
After Following Kimballs instructions of replacing Cameron Poole, did the ticket booth see
a significant revenue increase?
(Instantly World Tour tickets were selling like hotcakes, and the money was flowing in again
until I had to shut down the park!)
Why did you have to shut down the park?
(Because Cameron Poole robbed the main ticket booth and as security was pursuing him, the
Tunnel of Terror struck our security guard)
Did you physically witness the robbery or the incident?
(Not really. I did see Haley Floyd immediately after the robbery and Floyd explained what
happened, but thats all.)

When you approached Haley Floyd after, what did he or she say to about the robbery to you?
(Floyd stated that Poole had used a knife to take all of the money and bracelets from the
booth and threatened Haleys life with the knife)
Did you know at the time, that Whit Bowman was operating the Tunnel of Terror?
(No)
Who was supposed to be operating the ride at that time?
(Billie Isaacs is the main operator for the tunnel of terror, and was scheduled to be on the ride
August 30, 2012 for the entire duration of the day)
Did you request to ANYONE that Billie Isaacs should be replaced by Whit Bowman or any
other employee on the date August 30, 2012?
(NO)
All questions below are based on JC Longstreets sworn testimony to Officer Kimball
When did you find out that Whit Bowman was operating the Tunnel of Terror on August 31 st
instead of Billie Isaacs?
(After the incident, while Officer Kimball was taking my statement)
What exactly did Officer Kimball tell you about who was operating the ride during the
incident?
(He told me that Isaacs reported to him that he was relieved of his post on the Tunnel of
Terror shorty before the robbery)
When Officer Kimball explained that Billie Isaacs had replaced Whit Bowman how did you
respond?
(I was angry. I told Officer Kimball that I NEVER ALLOWED EMPLOYEES to swap rides;
ITS A MATTER OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND SAFTEY, AND IT IS EXPLICITLY
WRITTEN IN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD WHIT
BOWMAN NOT TO EVER OPERATE THE TUNNEL OF TERROR EVER AGAIN
AFTER I CAUGHT HIM OPERATING THE RIDE IN BLACKOUT MODE FOR OTHER
EMPLOYEES!!!)
For clarity, Did You formally instruct Whit Bowman that he was not authorized to operate
the Tunnel of Terror?

(Yes)
WHY did you instruct Whit Bowman not to operate the Tunnel of Terror ever again?
(Because he was operating the ride in Blackout Mode for the other employees)
Are you testifying today that you observed Whit Bowman demonstrate knowledge of how to
operate the Tunnel of Terror in blackout mode?
(YES- All my employees have that knowledge because they all have proper training and an
employee manual!!)
Does every employee have access to the employee hand book?
(yes, it is given to them on their first day, and we have copies of the handbook in just about
every office in the park)
What happens when an employee doesnt follow the guidelines set forth in the employee
handbook?
(They are reprimanded, suspended, or terminated depending on the severity of the defense)
What is the policy for when an assigned employee operator allows other employees to work
their assigned ride?
(That is a safety violation which is grounds for termination)
What happened when Billie Isaacs allowed Whit Bowman to operate the Tunnel of Terror?
(Billie Isaacs was terminated from Racheter World)
Did any of your current employees recommend that you hire Cameron Poole?
(Whit Bowman)

out with Bowman, both at the park and at the bar after work?

(Im the mascot for the park, Donny the Dinosaur)
How long have you been working at the park?
(Ive been working there for years; I went through orientation with Haley Floyd)
What are some of your day to day job responsibilities?
(I roam the park, and take pictures with the children)
What areas or the park are you familiar with?
(Ive seen every inch of the park, and Im familiar with just about every employee that works
there longer than a week)
Where you at the park during the robbery that occurred August 30 th, 2012?
(Yes I was)
Did you observe the robbery?
(No)
Did you observe the chase?
(Yes, I did. I saw Poole running out of the office and Officer Winton Thomas chasing him.
Poole was holding a knifeas they left I heard Haley Floyd yelling, STOP HIM, STOP
HIM over and over again)
Did you get a good look at the knife?
(Yes, I believe I had seen it before. It looked like the knife I saw Whit Bowman give to him
earlier in the day. This knife has a very distinct blue color and multi tool shape)
Did you see anything after the chase?
(Yes, after I followed the crowd to the Tunnel of Terror and I saw Whit Bowman covering his
face while he was standing in the Tunnel of Terror operators booth)

Is it true that in your affidavit that Bowman wasnt supposed to be working the ride that
night?
(Yes, I was really surprised to see Bowman there because I saw Isaacs operating the ride
about an hour before the incident and we will get fired if we ever operate a ride that we
arent assigned!!!)
How are you certain that Bowman wasnt supposed to be working the Tunnel of Terror?
(Longstreet told Bowman not to ever operate the Tunnel of Terror the night he caught him
running the ride in blackout mode for a couple of the new guys! I was there when he said it.)
Is it true that your sworn testimony contains first-hand accounts of conversations between
Whit Bowman and Cameron Poole that may relate to the coordination of this incident?
(Yes)
Is it true that in your affidavit you witness Bowman say to Cameron Poole, This is going
even better than planned, Im almost out of my version of world tours, and I dont think Ill
have another until next week?
(Yes)
Is it true that in your affidavit you also witness Bowman suggest to Cameron Poole that
Poole offer a small discount for paying cash to increase the number of Cash-Only World tour
sales?
(Yes)
Is it true that in your affidavit you also witnessed Bowman say these words to Poole, It will
serve Longstreet right, and you should teach Longstreet a lesson.

Is it true that in your affidavit that on August 29 th, 2012 you also witnessed Bowman inform
Cameron Poole that he was going to bring (Poole) a blade the next day?

For clarity, are you testifying today that you witnessed on various occasions, Whit Bowman
aid and assist Cameron Poole in stealing property from Racheter World?
