Job Description:
Assist in maintaining complete data & reports for the contact centre.
Responsible for statistical analysis, advisor appraisals & other data linked activities.
Highlight areas of concern in terms of contact centre statistical parameters
Examine and evaluate purpose and content of reports to develop new or improve upon existing reports.
Perform quality checks on new and existing reports to ensure error-free reporting.
Optimize reporting performance for better end user experience.
Design, build, and implement automated reports on a customized basis for clients.
Sr Analyst :
Experience - 2 year of experience in MIS in the BPO industry. Experience in SQL scripting on Oracle or SQL Server.
Technical
Intermediate level knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports.
Intermediate level knowledge of SQL scripting in Oracle or SQL server.
Analyst :
Experience 1 year of experience in MIS in the BPO or related industries.
Technical - Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel and SQL scripting
