Key Achievements
o Worked on an academic project for Serotek Corporations, U.S.A., where, in my marketing
team we successfully developed an International Marketing Plan for Serotek to enter the
Australian market with its products which resulted in:
• Serotek realising their potential of entering a new market
• Helped understand the expenses needed to be incurred along with a detailed timeline for
breakeven
• Allowed Serotek to view Australia as a prospective market for investment in the year 2010 –
2011
• Provided a primary market analysis of the Australian market introducing new partners for
venture

o Prepared a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) academic report for Commonwealth


Bank of Australia (CBA) and excelled the unit with 93% for which I received a letter of
appreciation from the Head of the Graduate School of Management at La Trobe University.
It’s outcome was:
• Provided strategic insights for CBA to realise how they could utilize CRM techniques to up
sell and cross sell to their customers
• Drew up a calculative explanation of how CRM could improve Customer Lifetime Value for
CBA’s clients
• The report has been taken up to CBA for perusal and awaits their decision for mandate

o Participated in event management at La Trobe University and received a letter of


appreciation from the Co-ordinator of La Trobe Institute for South Asia (LIISA)
