 Fascism
Adolf Hilter used the power of propaganda. He railed against things
that he knew the people feared and perceived as threats. In return,
those who followed him began to treat Hitler with almost religious
adoration. After Martial law was declared in Berlin, the people all
over Germany turned to "Fuhrer worship”. Next came the elections of
March 5, 1933, then the Nazis began a systematic takeover of the
state governments throughout Germany, ending a centuries old
tradition of local political independence. Armed SA and SS thugs
barged into local government offices using the state of emergency
decree as a pretext to throw out legitimate office holders and replace
them with Nazi Reich commissioners. On March 23, the Nazi
controlled Reichstag passed the "Enabling Act." This act finally
established Adolph Hitler as the total Dictator of Germany. After this,
the "Gleichschaltung" (Synchronizing) began – the total coordination
and absorption of the entire nation under the Nazi boot. Check out

The "Fasces" was a symbol of imperial power in ancient Rome. A

bundle of sticks bound together, it represented the "many bound
together as one.“ Fascism (făsh'izum), totalitarian philosophy of
government that glorifies the state and nation and assigns to the
state control over every aspect of national life. The name was first
used by the party started by Benito Mussolini, who ruled Italy from
1922 until the Italian defeat in World War II. The Italian 'Fascisti'
were also known as Black Shirts for their style of uniform
incorporating a black shirt. Some of the governments and parties
most often considered to have been fascist include Fascist Italy
under Mussolini, Nazi Germany under Adolf Hitler, Spain's Falange,
Portugal's New State, Hungary's Arrow Cross Party, Japan's Imperial

Fascism has fourteen common recognizable patterns of national
behavior and abuse of power. These basic characteristics are more
prevalent and intense in some regimes than in others, but they all
share at least some level of similarity.

 The Coming Antichrist
Like Hitler the antichrist will "have a mouth that will speak very great
things, and his look will be more imposing than his fellows." He will
think to change times and laws and is referred to as "The King of
fierce countenance" who shall "have an understanding of dark
sentences." Daniel 7:20, 25; 8:23 Because of this man all, both
small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, will be forced to
receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, so that no
one may buy or sell except one who has the mark, or the name of the
beast, or the number of his name. Rev 13:16-17

The Future Fuhrer

Fuhrer means "leader" and it is one of the better-known titles of Adolf

Hitler, the infamous dictator of Nazi Germany. The mere mention of
his title quickly conjures up bad memories.
It is permanently tied to the evil leader who gave us the Third Reich,
the Gestapo, the Storm Troopers, the Hitler Youth, the Society of
German Maidens and other despicable groups. It spurs images of
World War II: the arming of 70 million troops worldwide, the death of
about 17 million troops, the death of about 20 million Soviet citizens,
and so many more from other nations; no one really knows how
many perished. Fuhrer or "leader" also reminds people of the
swastika, goose-steping German troops, concentration camps, death
camps, the ovens of Auschwitz, the bombing of England, the ruins of
Europe, famine, fire, pestilence and large national debts. It reminds
people of the depraved man who touched off the world's darkest
hour. But the wicked fuhrer of WW II was just a forewarning of the
final fuhrer, and the disaster the first fuhrer caused will pale in
comparison to what the Bible says the final fuhrer will bring in. John
said, "And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him
had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth
conquering, and to conquer”. Revelation 6:2 The bow was a
weapon of war and a symbol of military power in John's day. The
antichrist will appear with a bow in his hand, but he will have no
arrows. Daniel said, "by peace shall [he] destroy many". Daniel 8:25

The Antichrist's Characteristics:

- He will be indwelt and empowered by Satan

- He will rise to power over 10 nations [from the old Roman
Empire ... Europe?]
- He will somehow be 'diverse from the rest' so we are not certain
he will be European
- He will bring peace, yet conquer through treaties and war
- He will be very, very popular around the world
- He will be a great talker and speech maker
 - He will likely be charismatic and is called the king of fierce
countenance
- He will enforce a "peace" plan or resolution [covenant] upon
nation Israel
[It doesn’t say he signs this treaty, but he enforces some
coming 'peace plan' or resolution]
- He will appear to perform miracles ("lying signs and wonders")
- He will require that everybody on Earth receive a mark or
identification on their forehead or hand and nobody will legally be
able to buy or sell without it
- He will declare he is "God"
- Unspeakable terror and war will then engulf Earth for exactly 3
1/2 years (1260 days)
- He will direct the slaughter of millions
- He will lead the armies of the world into Israel . . . Armageddon.

The "Mark of the Beast"

Because of this antichrist and his false prophet: all, both small and
great, rich and poor, free and slave, will receive a mark on their right
hand or on their foreheads,
so that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark, or the
name of the beast, or the number of his name. Rev 13:16-17 This
mark, which is usually called the "mark of the beast," will place
everyone in peril. Complying will ignite the wrath of God and result in
a person being cast into the lake of fire. Revelation 14:9-11 Not
complying will ignite the wrath of the antichrist and result in a person
being beheaded. Revelation 20:4 Everyone will have to decide
whether or not to take the mark. Cooperation will open the door for a
person to obtain food, water, medicine, housing, electricity, clothing
and more. But not cooperating will prevent a person from obtaining
the necessities of life. There will be widespread famine. This mark of
the beast is why so many prophecy experts talk about the coming
"cashless society." They know that a system will be needed to track
all buying and selling. They also know that computers can do that if
every transaction is scanned. So they believe money will be replaced
by a computerized scanning system that will make the infamous
mark of the beast both practical and plausible. Fingerprint scanners,
voice print scanners, eye scanners, computerized smart cards and
implanted computer chips are already a reality that is only step away
from what the Bible predicted almost 2,000 years ago. Through the
books of Revelation and Daniel God gives us a thorough description
of the antichrist of Bible prophecy. It is important to identify the
antichrist because from it will come the sign, or "mark", of it's
authority. Against this mark, "the mark of the beast", or the mark of
the authority of the antichrist, comes one of the Bible's strongest
prohibitions. If any man worship the beast and his image, and
receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink
of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture
into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire
and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the
presence of the Lamb. Revelation 14:9-10
 Biometrics
Biometrics refers to the automatic identification of a person based
on his/her physiological or behavioral characteristics. This method of
identification offers several advantages over traditional methods
involving ID cards (tokens) or PIN numbers (passwords) for various
reasons: (i) the person to be identified is required to be physically
present at the point-of-identification; (ii) identification based on
biometric techniques obviates the need to remember a password or
carry a token. With the increased integration of computers and
Internet into our everyday lives, it is necessary to protect sensitive
and personal data. By replacing PINs (or using biometrics in addition
to PINs), biometric techniques can potentially prevent unauthorized
access to ATMs, cellular phones, laptops, and computer
networks. Unlike biometric traits, PINs or passwords may be
forgotten, and tokens like passports and driver's licenses may be
forged, stolen, or lost.
Thus, biometric systems are being deployed to enhance security and
reduce financial fraud. Various biometric traits are being used for
real-time recognition, the most popular being face, iris and
fingerprint. However, there are biometric systems that are based on
retinal scan, voice, signature and hand geometry.

Pay by touch

A Bay Area company backed by the Gordon P. Getty Family Trust and
headed by former eBizWorld.com sees biometrics as key to secure
transactions. These days, it seems everything from working out at
the gym to picking up a gallon of milk at the local market requires a
card -- or two. Fed up with fumbling around the bottom of a purse for
plastic payment or flipping through a weighty wallet for store loyalty
cards, consumers could embrace a new technology that puts
purchasing power at their fingertips. That's the vision of Pay By
Touch, founder John Rogers and IBM veteran John Morris. The
company, which Mr. Rogers started in 2002, develops a biometric
payment system that enables people to link their fingerprint to their
bank or credit card account and leave their wallet at home. It is part
of a revolution that is turning the human body into the ultimate
identification card.
NEC Corporation of America, a premier provider of IT, network and
telephony solutions, announced the City of Huntsville, Alabama
Police Department selected its Automated Fingerprint Identification
System (AFIS) with palm print matching to dramatically enhance its
ability to quickly and reliably identify crime-scene prints and match
them to city and state databases. The City of Huntsville Police
Department NEC AFIS is pre-loaded with electronically-converted
fingerprint images from the Alabama Bureau of Investigation (ABI)
system, to immediately search local records, and expand the search
to the statewide database in the absence of matches at a local level.

Minnesota to Use Facial Recognition Technology on IDs -- State will

add biometrics component to prevent fake driver's licenses.
Minnesota soon will start using biometric face scans to prevent
individuals from getting fake driver's licenses from the state. Gov.
Tim Pawlenty plans to add biometric facial recognition technology to
driver's licenses as part of a broader effort to protect consumers
from identity theft and unauthorized use of personal data. The new
technology would match an individual's driver's license photo with
images in the state's database.

refrigerator keeps track of its contents; where the location of your car
is always pinpoint-able; and where signal-emitting microchips storing
personal information are implanted beneath your skin or embedded
in your inner organs. This is the future of radio frequency
identification (RFID), a technology whose application has so far been
limited largely to supply-chain management. RFID's are set to be
applied in a whole range of consumer settings. It's already being
tested in products as innocuous as shampoo, lip balm, razor blades,

for a nightmarish future where personal privacy is a quaint

RFID tattoos for tracking cows... and people By Bill Ray

Somark Innovations, a small company working out of Saint Louis,

has successfully tested an RFID tattoo, on cows, mice and rats:
enabling an identifying number embedded under the skin to be read
from over a meter away. The system developed by Somark uses an
array of needles to quickly inject a pattern of dots into each animal,
with the pattern changing for each injection. This pattern can then be
read using a proprietary reader operating at high frequency.
Traditional radio frequency identification (RFID) technologies use
tags stapled to the ears of animals, but these are much more
expensive and have a habit of tearing out too, which is unpleasant
for the animal as well as inconvenient for the farmer. Somark are in
the process of raising money to exploit the technology, and point out
that what works for animals can, of course, also work for people;
identifying Military Personnel as one of their secondary markets.
 The Verichip

Verichip utilizes the implantable, passive RFID microchip, in their

solutions for the purpose of automatic identification. About the size
of a grain of rice, the microchip inserts just under the skin and
contains only a unique, 16-digit identifier. In the future this chip may
contain Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking capabilities. And
unlike conventional forms of identification, the VeriChip™ cannot be
lost, stolen, misplaced, or counterfeited. It is considered safe,
secure, and will always be with you. Once inserted just under the
skin, via a quick, outpatient procedure (much like getting a shot), the
VeriChip™ can be scanned when necessary with a proprietary
VeriChip reader, whether handheld or wall-mounted. A small amount
of radio frequency energy passes from the reader energizing the
dormant microchip which then emits a radio frequency signal
transmitting the individuals unique verification number. This number
can then be used for such purposes as accessing personal medical
information in a password-protected database or assessing whether
somebody has authority to enter into a high-security area. VeriChip

Did you know that Saint Louis based Somark Innovations successfully
tested an "RFID tattoo" on cows and rats? Yes indeed, tattoo, not the ol'
RFID chip found in passports, dogs, and Dutch VIP clubbers. Somark's
system uses an array of needles to inject a passive RFID ink which can be
read through the hair on your choice of beast. The ink can be either invisible
or colored but Somark is keeping mum as to its exact contents. They only
say that it doesn't contain any metals and is 100% biocompatible and
chemically inert. The tattoo can be applied in 5 to 10 seconds with no
shaving involved and can be read from up to 4 feet away -- the bigger the
tattoo, the more information stored. Best of it all, it's apparently safe for
humans to ingest allowing the FDA to track back Mad Cow Disease, e-coli
outbreaks, and Soylent Green. Don't worry, they can't track you just as long
as you chew your food like mama taught. However, with "military personnel"
listed as Somark's "secondary target market," well, it's just a matter of time
before we're all cattle now isn't it.

personal information and identifiable with a scanner, without which you
could neither buy nor sell goods.

VeriChip is a human-implantable

The VeriChip is the first Food and
Drug Administration (FDA)-
approved human-implantable RFID
microchip. VeriChip received United
States FDA approval in 2004. About
twice the length of a grain of rice,
the device is typically implanted

individual’s right arm. Once scanned at the proper frequency, the VeriChip
responds with a unique 16-digit number which can correlate the user to
information stored on a database for identity verification, medical records

Before long, we may use fingerprints, iris scans, and voice recognition to log
onto computers, buy groceries -- even when picking up kids from school.

Once at the office, your employer uses software to monitor the rhythm of
your typing or a Webcam to measure the proportions of your face before

Status: Widely available at ATMs and other locations in Japan. U.S. launch
expected this year The PalmSecure bombards the user's hand with "near
infrared" light to detect the pattern of blood vessels. Fujitsu is close-lipped
about a U.S. debut expected later this year but says PalmSecure could be
useful in health care and for granting access to buildings.
Let Your Fingers Do the Paying
What: Pay By Touch Measures: Fingerprints Status: available in certain
grocery stores. Soon through an as-yet-undisclosed e-tailer Sample
customers: Supervalu, Albertson's, Piggly Wiggly. Used by several retailers,
Pay By Touch may be the most prominent biometric device in the U.S.
Shoppers enrolled in the program can speed through checkout lines, paying
for items with a linked bank account or credit card simply by applying a
fingerprint to a sensor. Pay By Touch says more than 2 million people have
signed up. Now the company plans to expand into online retail, using
sensors available on some laptops.

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic identification method,

relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID
tags or transponders. An RFID tag is an object that can be attached to or
incorporated into a product, animal, or person for the purpose of
identification using radio waves. All RFID tags contain at least two parts. One
is an integrated circuit for storing and processing information, modulating
and demodulating a radio frequency (RF) signal and perhaps other
specialized functions. The second is an antenna for receiving and
transmitting the signal. The RFID tag can automatically be read from several
meters away and does not have to be in the line of sight of the reader. The
current thrust in RFID use in supply chain management for large enterprises.
RFID increases the speed and accuracy with which inventory can be tracked
and managed thereby saving money for the business.

Minnesota soon will start using biometric face scans to prevent would-be
crooks — and underage wannabe smokers and drinkers — from getting fake
driver's licenses from the state.

Gov. Tim Pawlenty on Thursday announced plans to add biometric facial

recognition technology to driver's licenses as part of a broader effort to
protect consumers from identity theft and unauthorized use of personal data.
That effort will include stiffer criminal penalties for hackers and others who
abuse access to personal data on computers.

"Identity theft causes great trauma, inconvenience and damage to a lot of

people and families," Pawlenty said at a Capitol news conference. He said
the state must do more to crack down on identity thieves and strengthen
safeguards for personal information.

Driver's licenses are one of the state's most important forms of identification,
he said, and biometric technology will help law enforcement officers ensure
that individuals are who they say they are.

The new technology would match an individual's driver's license photo with
images in the state's database.

Here's how Pawlenty's office described it: "Facial recognition technology

converts an image into a mathematical computer algorithm as a basis for a
positive match. It uses the structure of a person's face — such as width
between the eyes, forehead depth and nose length — to assign mathematical
points of reference creating a unique data file."

The face scans will enable the state to detect people attempting to obtain
licenses using the same photo with multiple names and birth dates, or the
same name and birth date with multiple people's photos, said state Public
Safety Commissioner Michael Campion. "The technology … will create a
higher level of integrity for Minnesota's driver's licenses."

Pawlenty said 13 other states use the technology, and it has proved "highly
accurate."

No new photos will be needed to develop the state's face-scan file. State
workers will scan photos on current driver's licenses to create the new file.

The new technology will cost about $1 to $2 per driver's license. Pawlenty
said an $800,000 federal grant will offset these costs and that he will ask the
2006 Legislature to pay the rest.

Although he believes he has the power to implement the new system on his
own, he said he would ask the Legislature to approve it.

For Minnesota retailers, the new technology means customers will be far less
likely to try to use fake identification cards to make purchases, especially of
alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, said Steve Rush, board
chairman of the Minnesota Retailers Association. Businesses will not have
equipment to read the face scans, however; only the state will have that
ability.

 Face Scan
A computer that could recognize faces
as readily as people can and would
make the ideal aid for spotting and
tracking known terrorists and
criminals on streets or in
transportation stations. But face-
recognition systems aren't as reliable
as law-enforcement officials would
like. Identix (IDNX) and other suppliers
are making steady progress. Identix
says that, by combining the usual face
scan with an inspection of pores and
wrinkles in small blocks of skin,
reliability is improved by at least 25%,
to better than 90%.

Iris Scan
The Eyes Have It. Probably the most
foolproof biometric measure is the
eye's iris. Its complex pattern of
zigzagging lines and random dots is
much more distinctive than the whorls
of a fingerprint. In fact, because
authorities in a few foreign countries
are confident that iris scans can't be
circumvented, they're starting to allow
airlines to use iris scanning at selected
airports. If people register their iris
scans, they can bypass the usual
security check. Currently, a person's
eye must be in close to the scanner.
Intelligence and law-enforcement
agencies hope that some way can be
found to scan irises from a distance --
or even to spot a suspect in a crowd.

Peering Beneath the Skin

Like that of a fingerprint, the pattern of
blood veins in the palm is unique to
every individual. Unlike a fingerprint,
however, the palm has a biometric
pattern that is virtually impossible to
duplicate. So Fujitsu developed a
palm reader that checks the blood
vessels under the skin -- and people
don't even have to touch the device.
That alleviates concerns about
hygiene, especially in hospitals, where
many people touch the same
biometric sensors to gain access to a
room or storage cabinet.
 An Overview of Biometrics
Biometrics refers to the automatic identification of a person based on his/her
physiological or behavioral characteristics. This method of identification offers
several advantages over traditional methods involving ID cards (tokens) or PIN
numbers (passwords) for various reasons: (i) the person to be identified is required to
be physically present at the point-of-identification; (ii) identification based on
biometric techniques obviates the need to remember a password or carry a token.
With the increased integration of computers and Internet into our everyday lives, it is
necessary to protect sensitive and personal data. By replacing PINs (or using
biometrics in addition to PINs), biometric techniques can potentially prevent
unauthorized access to ATMs, cellular phones, laptops, and computer networks.
Unlike biometric traits, PINs or passwords may be forgotten, and tokens like
passports and driver's licenses may be forged, stolen, or lost. Thus, biometric
systems are being deployed to enhance security and reduce financial fraud. Various
biometric traits are being used for real-time recognition, the most popular being face,
iris and fingerprint. However, there are biometric systems that are based on retinal
scan, voice, signature and hand geometry.

A biometric system is essentially a pattern recognition system which recognizes a

user by determining the authenticity of a specific physiological or behavioral
characteristic possessed by the user. Several important issues must be considered in
designing a practical biometric system. First, a user must be enrolled in the system so
that his biometric template can be captured. This template is securely stored in a
central database or a smart card issued to the user. The template is retrieved when
an individual needs to be identified. Depending on the context, a biometric system
can operate either in a verification (authentication) or an identification mode.

Verification vs. Identification:

There are two different ways to recognize a person: verification and identification.
Verification (Am I who I claim I am?) involves confirming or denying a person's
claimed identity. On the other hand, in identification, the system has to recognize a
person (Who am I? ) from a list of N users in the template database. Identification is a
more challenging problem because it involves 1:N matching compared to 1:1
matching for verification.

Applications:

While biometric systems, particularly automatic fingerprint identification systems

(AFIS), has been widely used in forensics for criminal identification, recent
advancements in biometric sensors and matching algorithms have led to the
deployment of biometric authentication in a large number of civilian and government
applications. Biometrics is being used for physical access control, computer log-in,
welfare disbursement, international border crossing and national ID cards. It can be
used to verify a customer during transactions conducted via telephone and Internet
(electronic commerce and electronic banking). In automobiles, biometrics is be
adopted to replace keys for keyless entry and keyless ignition. Due to increased
security threats, the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) has approved the
use of e-passports (passports with an embedded chip containing the holder's facial
image and other traits).

False Christs/prophets (Matthew 24:4; 24:11): "For many will come in my name,
claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many," "...and many false prophets will
appear and deceive many people." This sign may be fulfilled by the proliferation of
cults in our modern world; those who claim to have been given new revelations.

Wars and Rumors of Wars (Matthew 24:6): "Your will hear of wars and rumors of
wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is
still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom."

The worldwide dissemination of the Gospel (Matthew 24:14): "And this gospel of the
kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then
the end will come." The sharing of the Good News by evangelists, missionaries, and
individual witnesses, whether in person, or via radio, TV, or the Internet, are
fulfillments of this sign.

The Sign of Noah (Matthew 24:37-39): "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at
the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people ?were eating
and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark;
and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them
all away." The rise of commercial culture and consumer society, anything that takes
up time and fills the daily life of people to such an extent that they have little time for
God and are not aware of the signs of the Lord's return.

Signs and wonders in the heavens (Luke 21:11): "There will be...great signs from
heaven..." Meteors, and other signs and wonders in the skies are fulfillments of this
prophecy.

Pestilence (Luke 21:11): "There will be...pestilences in various places..." The spread
of diseases, viruses and plagues are clear fulfillments of this prophecy.

Fearful Events (Luke 21:11): "There will be...fearful events..." Large scale events
