(P 1,000,000.00), in hand paid by the VENDEE and acknowledged by the VENDORS to
have received, in full satisfaction, and by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto said VENDEE, its heirs, assigns and successors-ininterest the above-described real property;

Subsequently upon receipt of the full payment, a Deed of Absolute Sale
will be executed by both parties.

This instrument is entered into by and between GLENN ORO, Filipino, of legal
age, married to SUSAN PALADIN and a resident of Tual, Pres.Quirino, Sultan Kudarat,
hereinafter referred to as the VENDOR and ROLANDO LAMASAN and THEO
SHERWIN ASTORGA, Filipino, of legal age and residents of Tual, Pres. Quirino,
Sultan Kudarat, hereinafter referred to as the VENDEE.
Witnesseth:
That the VENDOR is the lawful and registered owner of a parcel of land, which is
more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 1010-B-1, Csd-12-036180
A parcel of land containing an area of TEN
THOUSAND (10,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less,
situated in the Brgy. of Tual, Pres. Quirino, Sultan Kudarat.
That for and in consideration of the sum of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS
(P 75,000.00), in hand paid by the VENDEES and acknowledged by the
VENDOR to have received, in full satisfaction, and by virtue of these presents, does
hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto said VENDEES, their heirs, assigns
and successors-in-interest the above-described real property;
That the VENDOR warrants that the said property is free from all liens and
encumbrances.
