DEED OF AGREEMENT FOR PARTITION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This instrument is entered into by and among ERDINITA GABIO, married to
Santiago Pedrigosa, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. Tina, Tacurong City,
JESUS GABIO, married to Visitacion Pagmanua, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of
Brgy. Tina, Tacurong City, SOTERO GABIO, widower, Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of Brgy. Tina, Tacurong City, and GERONIMO GABIO, married to Pilar
Parino, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. Tina, Tacurong City, LILIA
GABIO, married to Sixto Porras, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. Tina,
Tacurong City.
Witnesseth:
That the herein parties are the registered co-owners of a parcel of land, which is
more particularly described as follows:
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-47942
Lot No. 44,Psd-74598, being aportion of Lot No. 512, Pls73, containing an area of 73,655 sq.m., more or less,
situated at Brgy. Tina, Tacurong City
That the said Transfer Certificate of Title indicated the areas of the aforenamed
parties, to wit:
ERDINITA GABIO WITH 17,069 SQ.M,
JESUS GABIO WITH 25,316 SQ.M.,
LILIA GABIO WITH 15,069 SQ.M.,
SOTERO GABIO WITH 14,195 SQ.M., and
GERONIMO GABIO WITH 2,006 SQ.M.
That they intend to subdivide the said 73,655 sq.m. real property into diffrerent
lots as appearing on the subdivision plan of Lot 44, Psd-74598 for approval by the
DENR;
That the parties hereto, by virtue of these presents, AGREE FOR THE
PARTITION, and does hereby PARTITIONED the above-described 73,655 sq.m. realproperty in the following manner, to wit:
ERDINITA GABIO WITH 17,069 SQ.M,
JESUS GABIO WITH 25,316 SQ.M.,
LILIA GABIO WITH 14,588 SQ.M.,
SOTERO GABIO WITH 14,244 SQ.M., and
GERONIMO GABIO WITH 2,439 SQ.M. (Road Lot)

of legal age and a resident of Tacurong City, and JOHN PAUL T. CABAGUING,
Filipino, of legal age and a resident of Tacurong City.
Witnesseth:
That the herein parties are the co-owners of a parcel of land, which is more
particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 192-D-17, Psd-12-022737 situated at Brgy. Tina,
Tacurong City, with an area of FOUR THOUSAND
TWENTY FOUR (4,024) SQUARE METERS, more or
less.
That the said lot were subdivided into different lots as appearing on the
subdivision plan as approved by the DENR;
That the parties hereto, by virtue of these presents, AGREE TO SEGREGATE,
and does hereby SEGREGATE the above-described 4,024 sq.m. real property in the
following manner, to wit:
