Robert Lardner graduated from the Department of Physical Therapy, Lunds University, Sweden in
1991. He has studied with Professors of Janda, Lewit and Kol from the Czech Republic who are pioneers of functional rehabilitation and manual medicine and who have strongly influence his philosophy
and practice of physical therapy. He is also a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK). Finally, he is one of a few Certified Instructors of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
Currently, he is in private practice in Chicago and teaches various rehabilitation seminars throughout
the United States and Europe.

Dr. Osar received his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic and has earned numerous national certifications within the fitness industry including the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Dr. Osar is also the Founder of Fitness Education Seminars, a company focused on raising the bar in
educational standards for fitness professionals. Dr. Osar presents both nationally and internationally
on the topics of health, fitness and corrective exercise and recently authored the book, Corrective
Exercise Solutions for Common Hip & Shoulder Dysfunction.

Dr. Bill graduated from National University of Health Sciences in 2006 and immediately opened Integrative Chiropractic, a private clinic focusing on movement, stabilization, and patient education.
After many years of continuing education in the field of functional rehabilitation and manual therapy,
Dr. Bill has received numerous certifications from the Prague School of Rehabilitation and is recognized as a DNS Practitioner, as well as a Pediatric Practitioner. Dr. Bill utilizes his expertise in fundamental movement patterns to guide his approach to physical therapy.

9-10am: Intro to IRS Philosophy; Problems with current rehab paradigm
10-10:45am: Intro to Developmental Kinesiology Principles as they relate to the
Thorax and Upper Extremity
11-12pm: LAB: Sagittal Plane Stabilization of the Thorax and Upper Extremity
12-1pm: LUNCH
1-2pm: Evaluation Process and Clinical Decision Making specific to the Thorax
and Upper Quadrant; Function of Postural Analysis, ROM, MMT, Palpation, etc.
2-3:15pm: LAB: Evaluation of the Thorax and Upper Quadrant
3:15-4pm: Clinical Applications of Manual and Reflexive Therapy techniques for
the Thorax and Upper Quadrant
4-5:30: LAB: Manual Therapy Techniques for the Thorax and Upper Quadrant

Provocative Muscle Testing

Shoe and Orthotic Prescription
11:45-1:15: LAB: Using the Pedograph as a guide for rehabilitation; DK Approach
to Gait Exercises
