TRAVELLING COVER

WARNING
For safety reasons, this kit must be installed by an authorized BRP dealer.
This kit is designed for specific applicable models only (authorized BRP dealers will confirm
model(s)). It is not recommended for units other than the one (those) for which it was sold.
This instruction sheet MUST be given to the purchaser.

WARNING
Should removal of a locking device (e.g. lock tabs, self-locking fasteners, etc.) be required when
undergoing disassembly/assembly, always replace with a new one.
Torque wrench tightening specifications must strictly be adhered to.
Always wear EYE PROTECTION AND APPROPRIATE GLOVES when using power tools.
Unless otherwise specified, engine must be OFF when performing any operation on the vehicle.
Always be aware of parts that can move, such as wheels, transmission components, etc.
Some components may be HOT. Always wait for engine to cool down before performing work.

New BRP covers are guaranteed against defective


material and workmanship for one year from
date of its purchase. Should a problem of any
kind arise, please contact your authorized BRP
dealer. Warranty liability is limited to cover
replacement.

Proper Care
Cleaning: Hose down cover thoroughly both
inside and out to remove dirt. Any mild soap or
bleacheless mild detergent may be used. Do not
machine wash. Either clothesline dry or allow to
dry on vehicle. Do not machine dry. Do not dry
clean
CAUTION: Do not install cover if exhaust pipe
is hot.

Installation For Strap Type Cover

Step 4

Step 1

Cross straps as shown on picture.

Spot both openings at bottom of cover (this part


will fit in back of vehicle) and then cover vehicle.

Bind strap by outside pulling. Make sure bottom


strap are tightened.

If cover includes a middle strap, thread though the


vehicle, attach to other side and cinch tight.

Attach back buckle and tighten.

Step 3
Thread middle strap under vehicle, attach to other
side.

Installation For X System Cover


Step 1
Cover up vehicle.
Step 2
From front of vehicle, slip cover down over front
bumper.
Step 3
From rear of vehicle cover down seat.
