sie z.B. durch Wrmeausdehnung entstehen, mssen durch entsprechende
Anschlulager Bercksichtigung finden.

Bei

Gelenkwellen mit Lngsverschiebung mssen die Anschluflansche fest

auf der Welle der angeschlossenen Aggregate sitzen.

Gelenkwellen,

die lnger als 6 Monate

auf Lager gelegen haben, sind vor der
Inbetriebnahme abzuschmieren (siehe
Abschmierung Seite 15).

Beim Farbspritzen der Welle darauf achten, da der Bereich, in dem die Abdichtung gleitet (Lngenausgleich La), vor
dem Spritzen abgedeckt wird.

Gelenkwellen sind fr eine Betriebstemperatur von -25C bis +60C geeignet (kurzfristig und nicht hufig bis
+80C). Beim Einsatz von Gelenkwellen
in hiervon abweichenden Temperaturbereichen ist in jedem Fall mit uns Kontakt
aufzunehmen.

Para se obter um giro perfeito da rvore

articulada devem ser cumpridas determinadas tolerncias no desvio dos planos
horizontal (X) e vertical (Y).
As dimenses dos flanges de unio correspondem quelas das rvores articuladas
correspondentes, com excepo da profundidade da centragem FA, do ajuste CA,
bem como da profundidade tA e da largura
da ranhura transversal. Para uma melhor
trava dos parafusos, o rebaixo no flange de
unio pode ser concebido como encosto
para a cabea do parafuso e o parafuso ser
inserido pelo lado do flange de unio. Para
isto, a distncia Zmin do flange, medida a
partir da carcaa, deve ser cumprida.
Se, por falta de espao ou outros motivos,

Originalersatzteilen. Eine Instand-setzung
von Gelenkwellen durch den Kunden ist nur
im Notfall in Erwgung zu ziehen und fr
Anlagen gltig, in denen Gelenkwellen mit
Drehzahlen unter 500 min-1 laufen. Bei
Drehzahlen ber 500 min-1 mssen die
Gelenkwellen ausgewuchtet werden.

original spare parts. The repair of cardan
shafts by the user should only be made in
cases of emergency and only for such
equipment where the operating speed of
the shaft does not exceed 500 rpm. If the

must be rebalanced.
