Important Note:
1. This recommendation letter will remain confidential during the admission process and will only be
used in its procedures in admission and fellowships.
2. One of the referees would prefer to be the teacher or academic advisor in the previous educational
institute.
3. The referee is kindly requested to return this recommendation form directly to the Faculty of Graduate
Studies (FGS), MU by email to gradinter@mahidol.ac.th or fax. Post (sealed envelope) can be sent
through applicant.
4. Please kindly submit the recommendation letter to FGS by January, 15 for enrollment in 1 st semester
and by July, 15 for enrollment in 2 nd semester, since otherwise the candidates application will not be
valid.
